Easily Recommend A Stay In This Condo To All

This is our second visit to this lovely condo! Joel and Denise have done everything possible to make our stay both special and enjoyable and we are deeply grateful. We have seen friends, visited relatives, enjoyed the lovely weather, eaten at some lovely restaurants, and simply relaxed! We thank Joel and Denise for their kindness and we can easily recommend a stay in this condo to all who would like a place to relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine.

Crystal Sands 702 on Siesta Key -- the best

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Morgan Properties Crystal Sands Unit 702 is a beautiful condo right on Siesta Key beach, with a gorgeous unobstructed view of the ocean and beach. The condo is updated, full of all the amenities required for a great stay, clean and well maintained. We'll be back next year!

Superior property, wonderful vacation getaway spot

We are just back from a 3 week stay . This condo is located right on the beach in a beautiful very well maintained, well run condo complex. The condo itself is clean and well maintained because the owner wants to keep it in superior condition. Jim (owner) contacted us shortly after our arrival to make sure we were happy with everything at the condo and after our stay was over he called to solicit our comments and suggestions for improvements. It is very nice to have such a concerned owner. We have stayed at this condo the last two years (2014 & 2015) and have made our reservation for next year (2016). We love this spot. The complex is in a quiet part of the island and is quiet itself. It has a beautiful courtyard with a wonderful pool. We enjoy sunrise breakfasts in the Lenai that faces the beach. We love that we can just walk out this ground level unit for a stroll on the beach or a bike ride on the great trails around the Island without having to wait on an elevator. We have stayed in several other condo in the Logger Head complex over the years, but this is best. I am very happy we found this condo/owner.
