Recent Florida South Central Gulf Coast Reviews

Thanks Immensely!

Dear Denise & Joel, Thanks immensely for opening your home to Gerry & Jane so they could invite us to share your home with them. The great location, the sunsets, the friendly local businesses, the beach, swimming, great weather (no rain!), the dolphins (almost daily sightings), handy parking, nearby eateries, multiple TV's, the view from the balcony, clean-as-a-pin interior, all the accessories, the whole atmosphere - make us realize why so many of our friends & neighbors in Indiana head down to Florida every winter. Hope you two have a great life!

Nice property for a great three generation family vacation. Beach was close and the pool was just right for late afternoon in the shade relaxation. The bedrooms are large and beds are comfortable. Very nice home and location for a sunny Florida vacation, and we saw the dolphins daily!

Incredible

This place was flat out perfect! Beautiful decor, cozy environment and all the amenities you could want. Fully stocked kitchen unlike so many rentals I've stayed at over the years that only have 3 plates, a bowl, too few utensils and one cooking pot when you needed a skillet. Plenty of towels in the bathrooms and drawer/closet space for anything you bring with you. The AC worked--almost too well for my wife--and kept us cool which was very helpful in early September in South Florida. The pictures on VRBO are legit!!! Obviously the reason anyone would want to stay here is the beach--and it's literally right out the backdoor. Walk out is less than 100 yards, no shoes required. Tall trees and shrubs on both sides provided privacy. It's maybe 1/2 a mile north of the public beach at Siesta Key so it's not very crowded even during peak hours. Plenty of beautiful shells to be found...and the sunsets!!! Stunning. Siesta Village is within easy walking distance with delicious restaurants, fun bars and a lot of live music in the evenings. Can't wait to get back! Would give 6 stars if the rating system would let me.
