Family's first vacation in Florida

5 of 5
This was my family first rental and first time to Florida and we are so happy we chose Cape Coral. Beautiful home was located in a quiet, safe & friendly neighborhood. Target and Publix are less than 3 miles away. Being this was our first time, I wasn't sure what to expect. Dennis & Maureen genuinely went out of their way to make our stay exceptional. They are honest, family oriented owners who made our experience a worry free vacation. I would recommend their lovely Rose Garden Villa to everyone. My children -son (17) & daughter (9) each had their own bedrooms on one side of the house and the master suite is on the other end which makes it very private and also has an incredibly large bathroom. The layout is very spacious in fact we never even used the formal living room or the dining room. We spent the majority of our time on the patio. Enjoying the deep pool, grilling and relaxing. My husband fished off the dock and we had our morning coffee under the rising sun. The home is well equipped. Lots of dishes, pool toys, beach chairs, linens... Our favorite beach was West Gulf on Captiva. Bowmans and Lighthouse beach are great too. Fort Meyers is a short drive. Our most memorable moment was when their wonderful son Brian took us on a boat ride thru the canal we saw lots of dolphins and got to know some of the history of Cape Coral. It was a wonderful vacation! We can't wait to come back! Thank you for everything we sincerely appreciate it.

Beautiful Villa; Wonderful Hosts

5 of 5
The pictures really don't do this villa justice. When we walked in, we found a beautiful, professionally decorated home, furnished with all the amenities we could possibly want for our two week stay in Punta Gorda. We are familiar with the area, as our son lives in Burnt Store Meadows, and this is one of the most convenient locations. We were able to walk to a local Publix store in the morning for a newspaper (and sometimes a delicious sweet roll for breakfast, from their bakery). The villa, as well as the grounds, were immaculate. Mickey and Jim, the owners, were there to greet us within minutes of our arrival, and they are in the area in the event of any needs or questions. The power was off for an hour or so one day, and I had neglected to take a key, having only the garage door opener. We called them on our cell phone and Jim was there within minutes to let us in. The location is very convenient to many local attractions, and is within minutes of Laishley's Crab House and Fishermen's Village. We hope to have the opportunity to stay here again, and would highly recommend this villa to anyone.
