Very classy place to stay at a fair price

5 of 5
Our party included 3 adults and 2 younger children. My wife and I have been staying in this neighborhood for years, but the house we normally rent was unavailable. Luckily we found this beautiful house to stay in instead and will likely be there again in the future. The decor of the home is top notch. The TVs with basic cable were easy for my retired dad to figure out. Use of a golf cart is practically a requirement now when we visit Sandestin, which allows our vehicle to stay parked most of the week. The owner of this home was very friendly with prompt responses to any questions throughout the process. Chefs be warned however, many rentals acquire basic cooking spices and such over time from other renters that leave them behind. Since this unit is fairly new, it didn't have anything, not even salt and pepper. If you're lucky enough to stay in this unit and you find some salt and pepper there - you're welcome! :-)

Very Clean & inviting. Kitchen stocked. Comfy beds

5 of 5
We LOVED Tutti Frutti! This cottage was a perfect getaway for our family of 5. It was decorated so cute and our kiddos were excited when they walked through the door. The walk to the beach was super close and our kids (10, 8 and 7) had a constant smile on their face. They enjoyed breakfast on the back deck and relaxing on the front porch after a long day at the beach. We cannot wait to come back!!!!!!!

A home away from home!!!

5 of 5
We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this town home! Not only is it in close proximity to the beach, but also to great restaurants and shops! Mrs. Cindy and Mr. Duncan were really helpful throughout our stay, and were only a text or call away. We arrived earlier than expected, but Mrs. Cindy arranged for the home to be cleaned early for our convenience. That is great customer service! Even though we didn't cook during our stay, we noticed the beautiful dining ware provided and just about everything you need to cook a meal. Usually the furniture in most properties around the beach tend to be outdated and just plain gross, but this townhome had classy and comfy couches that also serve as beds, and modern tvs. We found a guest book in which previous guests had written their vacation experience, and we thought it was a nice touch. We packed everything we were going to need but forgot our towel suitcase and were pleased to see they had more than enough towels provided for us to use. There are also beach chairs provided, and a nice little bucket for kids to make sand castles. The beach is directly across from Gulf Highlands, you need only walk a short distance to see white sandy beach! One thing I appreciate is that we were allowed to bring our dog with us. Gulf Highlands is a very pet friendly place, and if you want to take your pooch to enjoy the beach, there is a dog beach in front of Pier Park. If you love steaks visit Angelo's Steak Pit, breakfast or brunch lovers don't miss Another Broken Egg Cafe, the best wings and burgers are sold at Wicked Wheel, and if you want to taste authentic Mexican food, try Guadalajara. If you pay $3 to enter the Pier in front of Pier Park look out into the horizon and you might just catch a glimpse of dolphins! We highly recommend this place to anyone looking to have a memorable time at Panama City beach! If we ever return to P.C.B we will definitely remember this place! Thank you Mrs. Cindy and Mr. Duncan for a memorable stay ! :)
