Sand Key, Florida is fantastic!

5 of 5
The description on VBOR site for this condo was very accurate. Pictures shown were also very accurate. The condo was clean and well maintained. Everything about this condo building was very convenient and also well maintained. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The owner Jane is a most gracious hostess. From booking through my arrival and stay, Jane has been wonderful making sure that I would enjoy my vacation and she was always available to offer any assistance needed. I would highly recommend Jane’s unit to family and friends. I found the Sand Key/Clearwater area to be easy to navigate – great shopping and restaurants. My favorite was the convenient access from the condo to the lovely beach. Long walks in the morning, sitting on the beach in the afternoon and walks in the evening to enjoy the beautiful sunsets were the perfect ingredients for a vacation. Particularly for someone from Indiana. It was a great winter get away.

Fantastic!

5 of 5
This was our first experience using VRBO and it couldn't have gone any better. Check in was easy and the lady in the office was always very polite and helpful. The condo was clean and spacious with ample closet space and dressers. The third bedroom is very small with just enough room for the bed and dresser but that was not an issue for us. The furniture was comfortable and in good shape and Connie did such a great job decorating. We really enjoyed the balcony, where there was room for the whole family to eat our lunch overlooking the Gulf. The views were spectacular and we saw dolphins swimming by every day that we were there. The pool area was very well maintained and the water was warm and inviting even on the cooler days. The beach was kept clean and we could walk miles in either direction. We had such a great experience that we can't wait to return next year!

Had a Blast!

5 of 5
My three daughters and I had a blast hanging out in Clearwater and this condo is in a GREAT location! Walking distance to beach, restaurants, fun cruise ship launches, and shops. Watched the Green Bay Packers beat the Lions on the big TV in the condo! Went to the Outback Bowl to watch the Wisconsin Badgers beat Auburn - only half an hour away in Tampa! Took a day trip to Disney World only a little more than an hour away. The pictures of the condo are spot-on - exactly what you get. Very clean and well-equipped. We didn't see any dolphins on the bay but the balcony was still awesome to hang out on in the mornings with coffee or a glass of wine at night. Just a couple of suggestions for the owner: Pizza cutter; baking dish; more wash cloths. Just a couple of tips for the traveler: The entrance to the condo is actually off of Bay Way Blvd, not on Gulfview Blvd. We drove past it the first time. And Gulfview Blvd is only a two-way road along the beach and the traffic can get really bad on weekends. So it would be much less stressful to come into town on a weekday or later at night on the weekend if you are not familiar with the area.
