Love the location, love the pool, love the view!

5 of 5
I took my teenage grandkids and two of their friends ( 6 total) to this tropical waterfront home. Best decision I ever made. The place is very open with a beautiful master suite on the top floor..away from everything, if that's what you need. Two other bedrooms are on the main floor with plenty of couches to sleep on in the living room. Great kitchen with bar area that can sit six or more. We even had additional family over and never felt crowded. Wrap around deck overlooking the canal is perfect. We all loved the pool, the decks, the tiki hut with the hammock, tv and bar area, and the kayaking. The house is tucked away but still very close to grocery store and to all that Tampa has to offer. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who has problems with climbing stairs. It is an upstairs unit. The owners live below but the place is built so that noise from either unit is not heard. I highly recommend this little tropical paradise(decorated as so) to anyone who is willing to climb a few stairs to heaven. Maureen

Perfect Spot in St. Pete.

5 of 5
The house is even better than the pictures! Everything you would need and more. Parking, sleeping space, boat dock, the beautiful backyard and pool. We had an outing for the weekend with high school friends. Couldn't have asked for a better spot. Fit all of us, and is in the perfect location. Right near the main strip of restaurants, bars, supermarkets etc. Jeff and his wife were extremely accomodating. This was my first experience booking something through a site, in an area I had no idea about. Don't hesitate! I would book this again without a second thought! Jimmy

Awesome Spacious House = Great Vacation

5 of 5
The house was very spacious, well laid out. At one time, we had 2 adults and 3 teens. Thank you for the use of the beach chairs, umbrellas and most of all the beach buggy to carry the items to the beach and back! A short walk to the beach but the house is worth it. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots, pans, etc. Looking for some fantastic fresh seafood to cook yourself? Try The Reef. We bought and cooked the best red snapper I've ever had. A snorkeling trip to Egmont Key was great too. The owner is great to work with, always available for a question. Thank you, we had a wonderful time.
