Amazing vacation - highly recommend this condo!

5 of 5
We stayed in Connie's other unit (Seaview 103) 2 years ago and loved everything about it, so we had high expectations for this condo. It exceeded all of our expectations!! This unit is beautifully furnished and feels more like someone's home than a rental. The view is breathtaking and the balcony is huge with a great table where we ate most of our meals while watching dolphins! The location of this condo is awesome, we loved being able to walk back and forth between the pool and beach all day long. The office staff is friendly and the entire complex is very well maintained and clean. The unit itself was very clean and the kitchen was stocked with all the dishes and cooking tools we needed. We loved that there were beach towels, beach chairs, and pool noodles in the unit for us to use, and we added a few sand toys to this collection as well! We stayed here with our two small children (ages 3 and 1) and it was very kid-friendly! We were able to borrow a pack 'n play and high chair from the front desk which was so helpful! We have stayed at a few different hotels and condos in the St. Pete area, and this is by far our favorite! We would absolutely recommend this condo to anyone without hesitation and hope to stay here again in the near future!

BEAUTIFUL

5 of 5
This was the best two weeks we have had in Florida in 10 years. The condo is beautiful and spacious. Everything was very clean. The view from the balcony was spectacular. Close enough to walk to corner and get coffee or to the Kooky Kokonut for the best Cuban sandwiches for lunch. There are many great restaurants close by the condo. The Conch, Crappy Bills and PJs. The beach was beautiful and so quiet. Dolphins came by almost daily. Could not ask for a better place. The owners were very nice and only a phone call away if you needed anything. Thanks for the great time.

Wonderful Vacation Place!!

5 of 5
We had an amazing time in this beautiful, cozy, spotless condo. Located in a quiet neighborhood, directly across the street from the beach. Literally, a 90 second walk to the best beach on Treasure Island. You can see the ocean from the front door. The condo had everything you needed from beach chairs and beach towels to napkins and tin foil. Add wine and food and mix with perfect weather in a perfect location, and you have the perfect vacation. Two local beach bar restaurants are a 5 minute walk away--Caddy's and Ka'Tiki. Step into Ka'Tiki at night and listen to the live music and feel like you've stepped back in time to 1973--natural, rustic, fun. We drove 20 minutes to St. Petersburg to the Dali Museum and the Chihuly glass collection--both are a must see! And there are plenty of art galleries, restaurants, and bars as well. Go sightseeing. Take a drive north to Clearwater Beach and south to St. Pete Beach and then on to Fort de Soto Park. Our host, Kay, was lovely and responsive to emails and texts. She met us at the condo upon our arrival and was available if we had any problems. We had no problems. This was a great, wonderful vacation place, and we will be back!
