My Favorite Bungalow

5 of 5
We love the Tampa area and finding this home for our two week stay was perfect. The owner made our stay very comfortable and his knowledge of local restaurants and attractions was very helpful. Morning walks around the neighborhood were always enjoyable. The house itself has everything you need so it was nice to travel light. We also had easy access to major highways making excursions easy to get to. I wish we could hop on a plane and return!

Lovely St. Petersburg Cottage

5 of 5
This adorable cottage was the perfect place for a winter vacation in Florida. We loved everything about it; it's pretty, comfortable and immaculate. Kimberly and Michael thought of everything needed to make our time here feel like "home." We enjoyed the comfortable beds (great linens), yummy towels, the well-stocked kitchen, Netflix + dozens of channels, wi-fi, even a box of DVDs. There are picnic baskets, beach totes (filled w beach towels) and a shed filled with beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. AND a brand-new Weber outdoor grill, which my husband loved! Kim was so attentive to our needs and did whatever was necessary to make our stay perfect.....a great host, who felt like a friend. We were greeted with a welcome basket filled with goodies (teas, popcorn, chocolates, etc.) and found staples already there: coffee, sugar, flour, spices and the bathroom stocked w essentials. St. Petersburg is a wonderful vacation spot. We visited the museums (several times), the art galleries, antique shops, craft stores, markets (including the famous Saturday Farmers' Market for a terrific outdoor lunch), restaurants, strolled the waterfront and took in the Boyd Hill Preserve. We also attended two shows at the Palladium theater - both excellent. We took day trips to De Soto Park, Safety Harbor, Sarasota and Punta Gorda, too. But I think my favorite activity was lying on the daybed in our pretty sunroom in the afternoons, reading or listening to music -- heaven!

Perfect, just perfect

5 of 5
We found this home from an online search and we were initially worried about the accuracy of the listing because it seemed to good to be true. The house, the owners, the area not only met our expectations but exceeded them. Alicia worked with us on our limited dates, sent us things to do in the area and was always available for my calls. We explored Crystal River, Homasassa and even drove to Dunellon. Such a different experience than our past vacations. We always try new places when we travel but we may go back to the area soon because we couldn't accomplish all our goals.
