Nice area, great owner!

5 of 5
I didn't actually stay at the property because I ended up buying a condo in Tampa. The owner, Henry, was very understanding. He went way "beyond the call of duty", found another renter, and gave me a refund. He has always been very prompt to reply to his emails. I highly recommend him. Incidentally, the area is a very nice place to visit with antique shops and restaurants nearby.

Perfect in every sense of the word

5 of 5
Charming, comfortable cottage nestled in a quite neighborhood just blocks from all the excitement of downtown St. Pete. Your hosts, Jennifer and Brian, are warm, and welcoming and have thought of everything to make your stay as enjoyable and hassle-free as possible. The cottage decor and amenities were picture perfect -- including ample linens (lots of thick white towels!) and a not-too-hard, not-too-soft king size mattress. Although small, the cottage is uncluttered and provides lots of room to move around and store your stuff. And of course, the porch (which we spent a lot of time on) is like having a second living room. Morning coffee and a good book with the sun peaking in is not something I will soon forget. Absolutely lovely.

A gem in St Petersburg

5 of 5
We found a beautiful gem in the Old Town area of St Petersburg. The listing was accurate but fell far short of this incredible cottage. Comfortable, immaculately clean, comfortably decorated, quiet, peaceful. Went way beyond our expectations. Excellent restaurants are within walking distance especially Shrimp Store. Close to downtown, parks, a beautiful lake to walk to. I would recommend the cottage to anyone. The owner Siman is very wonderful to work with, available open to requests, everything you could need is provided in the highest quality. Denice was wonderful helped us with everything, had suggestions for everything in St Petersburg. We definitely will be coming back we fell in love with the cottage. Thank you Siman for a wonderful stay. Phil and Sharon
