PERFECT STAY, EVERYTHING PROVIDED!

5 of 5
This property was absolutely perfect what I needed! I was transitioning from my home sale to a move and needed a place that had all the of the items needed to live without having any of my own personal items. This place had everything and more that you could want! I totally felt at home from the minute I arrived. The style and decor is current, well maintained and so stylish! I would consider the property in excellent condition, and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The location is excellent- close to downtown, starbucks and nail salons. The neighborhood is safe and quiet and the cottage is very private. Siman, the property owner is superb- always available, friendly, flexible and so easy to book and work with. I would absolutely recommend this property, and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you Siman for the home that I needed at this transition time!!

EVERYTHING WE NEEDED AND MORE

5 of 5
My two daughters and I rented this lovely condo and were more than pleasantly surprised. We've rented many places, but none have had more of the necessities than this unit, everything from beach chairs to pool noodles and tissues to soap. We didn't need to make a mad dash to the grocery store as soon as we got there. The condo was very clean and comfortable with everything working properly. And I can't say enough about the location! We were just across the street from the Gulf and the beach was wonderful. The pool was very tidy as were the grounds of Barefoot Beach. Denise left us a list of restaurants, events and "must sees" that was very helpful. Don't miss making dinner reservations at Salt Rock, just a two minute walk. The food was fabulous. We will definitely come back again.

GUESTBOOK COMMENT

We stumbled across Seascape on the internet, made a reservation, and thoroughly enjoyed our week in Gulfport. Minutes away from just about everything Florida has to offer, this quaint neighborhood is like Florida used to be, but rarely is anymore, and Seascape is an important part of that offer. Don't miss a stay in a bit of historical Florida, in a historic home. You won't regret it. We loved it so much, we did a virtual tour for Suzanne, be sure to ask to see it.
