This place has been freshly remodeled and everything in the unit is brand new. It has new furniture, new appliances, new bath and kitchen. This unit has a convienient washer and dryer located within. The drive to the beach was an easy 5 min away. The only issue I had(it may not be an issue for others) was that the neigborhood was a little bit noisey at some points during the day. This is a residential neighborhood and not necessarily a "vacation spot". The unit is located right across the street from a school bus stop and can be a little noisey in the AM when the kids are congregating, waiting for their bus. This is something to consider if you visit when school is in session. There was plenty of room for the two of us in the 1 bedroom apartment, but I would recomend that the owners put a sofa bed in the living area to make it more attractive to people vacationing with a child or two. Overall, I had a good stay with no problems. If you are looking for a clean, updated place to lay your head while you attend to business or spending time at the beach, You can't go wrong with this place for the price.

Sweet Little Get-Away

5 of 5
What a wonderful little beach apartment! Just enough for two, with a peaceful, relaxing backyard right on the intercostal. I spent more time there than I did at the beach. And speaking of the beach, it is just one little block's walk across the street! Also, lots of nice places to eat and a great local coffee shop nearby. We had a wonderful time and can't wait to visit again! Thank you Laura!
