I took my my grandaughters on their first Florida vacation to this wonderful little house within walking distance to the beach.Driving down from Indiana with 2 toddlers was a challenge in itself but Annie made our welcome to Florida feel welcome more like seeing a long lost family friend than just some vague property manager showing us the place. Annie had snacks and drinks at the house to make arriving comfortable and took the time to show us all around. Some previous renters had left a blow up kiddie pool and a grill and we took full advantage of both during our stay. Early mornings my son and I would walk the short walk to the beach to welcome the new days with beautiful sunrises then when I would get back I would chill in the sunroom with my coffee and laptop until the girls woke up.We left cold dreary weather for sunny skies and fun and had plenty of both. Each morning the girls would wake up and drink their juice with me outside and as soon as they ate they would play out back chasing lizards and playing in the pool while the grownups did all the things we had to do to start our days out. I have allergies so we have no pets at home and there was a sweet neighborhood cat that would come visit each day that the girls were able to play with and that made them both extremely happy. There are plenty of fun activities up and down the ocean boulevard so we were all able to do a variety of things each day. Most of them for cheap enough for us to budget alot of things for extra entertainment, as if the beach wasn't enough fun :)
Overall we had a terrific stay in a comfortable, convenient location that was set up to feel just like being at home. I already have recommended this to several friends and customers at work and hope to plan another relaxing get away soon.
