Paradise from the moment we arrived!

5 of 5
Where do I begin! This place is paradise. After getting out of the airport and picking up our hire car, it was a short trip to the wonderful little town of Flagler Beach. When my wife and I pulled into the driveway our mouths dropped open and we joked that we should’ve brought my brother, his wife and his 5 kids, there’s more than enough room, LOL! As for the house itself, all the fixtures and fittings are of the highest quality, a fully fitted, luxury kitchen, a master bedroom with a giant en-suite bathroom, double sink, corner bath…and the house had a lift (an elevator)! Waiting for us when we got there was a box of scones and, being from England, we know our scones and these were very good too. The beach was a mere hop, skip and a jump away, very peaceful, quiet and relaxing. The weather was amazing all week. As for the town itself, it has all the convenience you would need; a supermarket, a chemist/pharmacy, banks with cash machines and more restaurants than we had time to eat at, including, ‘The Golden Lion’, a British Pub, on the beach that does a cracking Fish-n-Chips! All in all, 10 out of 10 and we’re already excited to go back next year!

Just relaxing away from home

5 of 5
The stay in this house was a wise choice to escape the bustle of the city for few days and be in close proximity to the beach. As soon as we opened the main door, we found a sweet and welcoming home that exceeded our expectations. It was even more spacious and brilliant than appreciated in the website’s pictures and when we drew the curtains, a magnificent view of the Atlantic Ocean was waiting for us. The house has a lovely large shaded veranda, where you can kick back and relax, have an early coffee while watching the sunrise, or sip a good wine and feel the breeze, as the moon reflected in the water. I loved how I would walk outside and the sounds of the ocean and seabirds were the first things you heard. The structure is located in a very quiet and friendly neighborhood. It was very clean, bathrooms and glass doors were spotless and beds were very comfortable. Everything you may need is there for you to use. A complete functional kitchen allowed us to cook and have a wonderful farewell dinner and memorable breakfasts while enjoying a palette of colorful dawns. To access the beach, we only had to cross the street and use the crossover boardwalk, located few meters north to the front of the house (please note that Flagler Beach has strict laws to enforce the protection of sea turtles.) On work days, we found ourselves in a huge empty beach, something hard to find nowadays. Only our feet left a trail of footprints in the orange sands. Yes, we will come back. We were very satisfied with this beachfront house in Flagler, and we highly recommend it when you need time for relaxation. Jose and family, (Miami-Orlando, FL)
