Stayed in this property at the Encantada Resort last August. The location is excellent: about ten minutes from Downtown Disney and the other Disney Park (less then 5 minutes if there's no traffic at all) and less then a mile from Super Target, Publix, and different restaurants. right around the corner there's a gas station, a convenience store, a Pharmacy and an italian restaurant worth more then a visit (I'm italian so i know what i'm talking about: god lasagna, great pizza and awesome cannoli!). If you like Golf, there's a course right on the other side of HW 192).
The resort facilities are pretty good with 2 pools, 2 jacuzzi, games room, fitness room and free internet access in the clubhouse. There's also a bar but it's only open till 7 pm (the pools are open till dusk). There's security at the gate 24/7 and someone is staying at the clubhouse all night, which makes you feel very safe. If a problem with the house should occurr tho, you will have to call the customer service and not the clubhouse. The customer service is open till midnight so, it isn't a problem at all (had a problem around 10 pm and they sent someone in the next hour).
The house was clean and well maintained, and the house splash-pool was cleaned every few days. The beds are very comfortable.
The only suggestion i would like to give to the owner is about the tv sets. The one in the living room had some channels with no audio (maybe a problem with the cable? not sure but anyway the sound had quite a background static noise) but beside that an lcd screen would allow guest to connect their pc to the tv and watch a movie in their own language. For a different reason, an lcd would be better in the master bedroom too, since the one that is there right now takes a bit too much space: I almost hit it with my head while standing in front of the dresser (i'm 6' 2"). An wi-fi connection in the house would be great (maybe there is one and i just wasn't aware of it?).
Beside that staying at the house was realy good and felt like home.
I don't raccomend this property for families with infants and or toddlers only because there's not "baby gate" on the upper floor (still there's one for the splash pool).
Would definitively stay again.
