A Great Home Away From Home!

5 of 5
Our family (me, hubby, 9-year-old son, 6-year-old daughter), stayed at this townhome from October 5 - 16th, 2014. In all honesty, it was really wonderful. The pictures and description on the website were accurate. It is clean and comfortable. It was a very quiet area and well secured. The clubhouse area was nice but we did not use it at all. We enjoyed having all the perks of home while on vacation. Each child having their own bedroom was a huge perk, especially for 11 nights. They were well rested each night and ready for the parks each morning. It was nice to put them to bed and have some downtime to plan the next day and relax without having to be quiet in a hotel room. Once we arrived, we bought groceries at the Super Target (5 minute drive away) and made breakfast each morning before heading out. I appreciated the fact that a few things were left in the home like coffee filters, one dishwasher soap pod, one tide pod, and toilet paper. There were also plenty of towels. I enjoyed having the laundry, especially on the main level. Put the kids to bed upstairs and throw in a load of clothes. It was also so nice not to have to pack so much in suitcases. We really did not have any issues with the home/property except one evening we came home to a burnt out front entrance light. The next morning, I texted the property manager. He responded within one minute to say he would take care of it. Within two hours he texted to say it was all fixed for us. Prompt and friendly service for sure! We were impressed. All of the appliances and TVs worked well, especially the central air. It was extremely hot while we were there and the central air cooled both floors of the home nicely. There are an abundance of restaurants within five minutes of the home (Olive Garden, Texas Roadhouse, Longhorn Steakhouse, Outback Steakhouse, Taco Bell, Buffalo Wild Wings, McDonalds, Burger King, etc.) as well as the Super Target, Publix, Walgreens, etc. You really do not need to drive far to get what you want. It is incredibly easy to get to the parks and you are at Disney within ten minutes and at Universal, SeaWorld, etc. within twenty minutes. I would definitely recommend this home to friends and family. For the cost per night, this home is a keeper. I would stay here over a hotel room any day. We will also stay at this property again and look forward to coming back soon!

Good vacation rental!

My family stayed here for a week while visiting Universal. Upon arrival it was hot.. Lol. ... Something beyond the owner's control. The AC unit had stopped. The housekeeper Julie was prompt in responding as was Jo. ( Julie's husband even came to see if he could assist). The repair guy was quick and witty and after AC was restored it was great!! Neighborhood was very quiet and my son enjoyed the pond out back. Thanks for allowing us to use your condo and blessings to your family.
