Great value

4 of 5
We stayed in one of the owner's rentals for 22 days in November and December. 2 adults and 3 children. The place was very clean and quiet. It just a few blocks to Walmart or any of the other stores or restaurants on 192. The best part is the rental is literally only minutes from Disney property. The location was great. Even with being so close there was no issue with noisey neighbors or traffic noise. It was peaceful with a nice view of the lake. The keypad lock was very convenient, so much better than having to carry a key around. The kitchen was nicely stocked, although there was no baking/ cookie sheet. There was plenty of towels, sheets, etc... It was so nice to be able to do laundry and cook meals when being gone for over 3 weeks. It was nice having the 3 separate bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Plenty of space for the 5 of us. We did have a problem with the cable while we were there. Apparently we got to the area just after the cable service made some changes and converters were needed for the bedroom TV's. We only had cable in the living room, which is pretty small with a small couch and we all couldn't sit and watch TV together. We let the owner know and after a few days someone was out to install the converters. They were nice enough to even program the new remotes to the TV's. Unfortunately, the converter for the master bedroom never worked so we had no TV in the master. It was slightly inconvenient and annoying but the owner was always in touch with us and making sure everything is ok. I feel like he was truly concerned about us having a good experience while on vacation and the master bedroom cable issue was out of his hands. The price is cheaper than a hotel and you have many more amenities with this rental. Great deal and awesome value. The owner was very helpful and always answered his phone and emails promptly. I would definitely stay again and would absolutely recommend this rental and the owner.

BEST STAY IN ORLANDO!

5 of 5
Our family booked this townhouse as a last minute upgrade from a suite in a hotel and were we glad we did! For the same amount of money we got so much more! This townhome was perfect for us traveling with in-laws who stayed in the 1st floor bedroom suite and we stayed with our children on the 2nd floor. The beds were all comfortable and we each had our own bathroom! After swimming and sliding in the resort pool, the kids could stay in our own small pool in the back yard while the adults could relax and get ready for dinner. We were close to EVERYTHING! But felt a lot of privacy in this beautiful resort. It was perfect - and Jami was so kind to accommodate us at the last minute!
