Nice Home with Lots of Room

5 of 5
Stayed here a week with my extended family and had a blast. The furnishings in this house were very nice and upscale; my mother-in-law mentioned that she felt like she was in a palace! Patti was very responsive before, during, and after our stay. The house is near the back of the housing complex, so it was a little tricky to find the first time, but it was easy to get the hang of. The pool was nice and mostly private given the lake view behind the house. It's a little bit of a hike to get to the theme parks, but we didn't have any problems getting there and back. If you're just in town for relaxation or shopping, I wouldn't hesitate to rent this house at all. There is a Publix and fast food within about 5-10 minutes. Also, if you're bringing along dogs, the tiled first floor is perfect for pooches! It's also very quiet in the area, so you should be able to get a good night's rest.

Plenty of bedrooms, and clean!

4 of 5
Pictures listed were accurate, no surprises. We had our 10th annual Family reunion at this lovely home. We were going to arrive a few hours early so we called Stephen a day prior to arrival. He was very helpful and we worked out the details with the cleaning people upon arrival. House was very clean, plenty of utensils, pots, pans etc for cooking, and plenty of dishes. We had 5 families, with 5 grand children ( 1 was only 2 months old) so we had plenty of bedrooms. 2 bedrooms downstairs with 2 shared bathrooms, master bedroom upstairs with ensuite bathroom, and 4 other bedrooms upstairs with shared bathroom. The pool and hot tub was very nice, we used it every day. Some of the families did Harry Potter at Universal Studios (maybe 20 minutes away) while the rest of us stayed at the house. Grocery stores were convenient, including Publix, Walmart and even Sams and Aldi. Quiet neighborhood and a pretty lake right behind us, we could watch the local ducks, storks and herons. We would definitely stay there again, and would recommend to our friends.

Very Nice Property

5 of 5
Rented this property for February and March 2013. In a great location, very quiet and felt safe even when walking the dog late at night. Very nice pool area. It is a bit further from the parks but it is a very easy drive with significantly less traffic than route 192. We have rented closer to the parks and activities in the past and we much prefer this location as we felt that we were able to get away from the "craziness" and relax. We have reserved it again for 2014.
