Amazing Villa, amazing location, amazing service

5 of 5
Everything was perfect from the start, with excellent service and professional throughout. Had a bit of trouble with the pool turning green (not anyone's fault, just bad rain) but after a quick phone call the pool was cleaned the very next day. Would recommend to anyone!

Awesome home!! Don't hesitate to book today!

4 of 5
This home is beautiful inside and out and located in a great community surrounded by lots of stores and things to do. There was a Medieval Times located 5 miles away that I wish we would have had time to check out while we were there. The bedrooms are huge and beautifully decorated. The pool and outside mini golf were awesome and very unique. The game room with pool table and the video game station kept the kids occupied as well. The kid's room even had a video game set up!! There were only a few issues that we ran into: You have to input the code on the front door multiple times before it opens, it may need to be replaced soon. There were ample towels however there were no washcloths at all. I left the ones that I bought for future guests. The family before us (or the cleaning crew) did not set out the trash before we got there. So the outside trash was overflowing and animals had gotten into it. We only had one trash bag in the house to use... Which I guess was because the other guests used them all. There was also only a half roll of toilet tissue in each bathroom. I left the extra tissue we purchased as well. Other than that there were no issues and we really enjoyed ourselves. I would definitely recommend it to family and friends. And I will be back again in the future!

This is a beautiful villa, but...

4 of 5
We just left after an amazing week at this villa. We stay in Orlando every year and as a family of 6, we need a lot of space. This home is beautiful! It is stocked with everything you could possibly need. The pool deck is so peaceful and beautiful especially early in the morning. The owner was great to deal with. With that said, we do have some complaints. The management company is awful! You cannot get in touch with them on the weekends. We had wi-fi, but they didn't give us the password, so 4 kids and no wi-fi all weekend- when we finally reached them on Monday, they had to send someone out instead of just giving us the password over the phone. We were told there was a gas grill. When we got to the house, it was all locked up. When I asked about it, I was told they knew nothing about it. That was it...end of discussion. There are notes all over the house which threaten to charge you for everything! "If you stain a towel or sheet, go buy new ones or you will be charged" - Don't call us for something silly, or you will be charged! To me, the kicker was the notes that said you need to wash as much of the towels and bedding as you possibly can (or you will be charged) and leave the house as clean as it was when you arrived. Now I understand leaving the house neat, but I shouldn't be responsible for doing all the laundry and then they have the nerve to leave a tip envelope out!! None of this is a reflection on the owner. I often wonder if the owners even know how management companies run their homes. The only other issue were the large black cobwebs hanging over the front door and the windows above the front door were incredibly dusty and dirty as was the landing headed upstairs. We would definitely rent this villa again if we didn't have to deal with the management company. Thank you very much for sharing your home - My 6 year old didn't want to give it back!!
