The view will make you never want to leave!!!

5 of 5
The view is simply amazing. Asaad the owner is very easy to contact and responsive to your inquiries and needs. He left us a hand written welcome letter, fresh fruit, croissants, water, and juices. It is so nice to deal with people on the human level and stay somewhere unique instead of just another hotel. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. The location is perfect and close to everything the Grove has to offer. The highlight for of our stay there was drinking coffee and eating our breakfast on the balcony. Again, it is simply gorgeous. Our only regret is not having enough time in our schedule to meet and talk with Asaad. We are looking forward to that on our next trip down as we plan to stay here again.

Even better than advertised

The property, its spectacular view and surrounding area are even better than pictured here. Instructions provided by the owner were clear and timely. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Miami that fit the budget.

A lovely Miami Experience

5 of 5
The Miami rental was perfect for us. All our questions were answered ahead of time, so we had a good idea what to expect. The decor is modern and bright, and everything was very clean. We knew there was no TV, but with internet, that was not a problem. The bed is up high up and reached with a ladder. We were aware of that and could have used the pull out couch, but that was not necessary. There is no microwave, but there is a a stove and all the necessary cookware and dishes as well as a fridge with a freezer compartment. We stayed for a week and the rental was in a perfect location for our day trips. Maps with bus routes and tourist information in the unit help with planning. The owner was very helpful and gave us information on how to get around. There is a free trolley a 10 minute walk away and we took it all the way downtown. From there we used the free “Metromover” monorail to get to the Perez Art Museum. One day we drove to Miami beach and that took us only about 20 minutes. The Fairchild botanical gardens are close by as well and worth a visit. We liked the beaches of the Bill Baggs State Park, also only a short drive away and we climbed the stairs all the way up to platform of their famous light house. The unit has a little court yard where we loved to sit and relax after a day out. A supermarket and stores are a short walk away. The rental was a perfect hub for our week’s stay in Miami. We would rent it again. Thanks!
