We had my family of four, my brothers family of four and our mother (5 adults 4 kids) staying here for a week and this house was perfect. Having the beach on one side and the pool and hot tub on the other could not have been better. We used the table on the deck by the beach for two dinners and it was great. The huge balcony overlooking the beach was a great place to hang out, day or night (we had a full moon so that helped). Great to have two entertaining areas so the kids can be put upstairs, or down, while the adults hang out. The house is very well stocked (beach towels and toys, irons and hair dryers 2 washers and 2 dryers, kitchen utensils, extra ice maker, etc...) and maintained so we hardly had to provide and/or bring anything extra. I would also recommend several local (within 1/2 mile) businesses. Indialantic Seafood Company if you're looking for a fish market to buy fresh fish/seafood to cook. There's also a produce market right next door that has a great selection of natural produce and foods. There not much to look at on the outside (strip center) but they have great quality seafood and produce. We also ate breakfast at the Blueberry Muffin right across the street one morning and it was great. Grabbed dinner to go from Long Doggers right down the road a couple of times and it was good too. Packed little local place. We also played golf at the Duran Golf Course (about 30 minutes away) and it was in much better shape than I expected. A lot of water on the course and very scenic, but pretty forgiving as well. Overall we would highly recommend The Golden Sands Pearl and we will definitely be staying there again if we return to this part of Florida with a large group.
