Wish I could just retire here...

5 of 5
Our family selected this property due to location and were not disappointed. The house as just as pictured and is beautiful and well appointed. The beds were high grade and comfortable. The home is very private and spacious, full of tropical foliage. We enjoyed sunrise on the bay and sunset on the beach. If you are considering a house in this location I would HIGHLY recommend this property. We actually stayed in August of 2013 and enjoyed night stroll with occasional glimpses of hatching turtles. The property manager is extremely busy. If you don't get a call back right away be persistent. It will be well worth your trouble!!

Wonderful vacation

4 of 5
We recently returned from a two week stay in this beautiful home. When we arrived the home was clean and welcoming. The location was perfect for us (party of 3 senior couples). The layout of the bedrooms provided privacy with two bedrooms on either side of the living room and the ensuite bathrooms between the bedrooms. It was so private and quiet having no houses on either side. We spent a lot of time on the covered screened deck. The jetty was perfect for the fisherman amongst us. He supplied fish for dinner on a number of occasions. The photographers enjoyed the sunrise over the bay and the sunset over the Gulf. The beach was a short walk with access just across the road. The beach was very quiet. We saw no more than four other people on the beach the whole time we were there. One of our favorite pass times was checking for new turtle nests each morning. There were a couple of small issues but the owner,Tim, took care of them promptly. Casey Key is a very quiet upmarket residential island. There are no shops on the Island but Walmart and a CVS Pharmacy were just a short drive away which covered most of our needs. We did not eat out very often so cannot comment on the nearby restaurants. We would certainly recommend this vacation home for groups traveling together or large families and can't wait to return. Thank you Tim for making our vacation so memorable.

Easy to Relax

5 of 5
We stayed in Apt. #1; a 2 bedroom and 2 bath apartment big enough to sleep 6 of us. The kids slept in sleeping bags in the large family room. The apartment was roomy, clean, and well-maintained. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything needed to make family meals. It was a "happy" apartment with a screened in back patio that allowed for the kids to play safely without messing up the apartment. The beach was right across the street so it was very convenient. The apartment was well-liked by the grandparents, parents, and kids alike.
