Outstanding, we will return!

5 of 5
We (my wife and I and 2 friends) spent the week at Captiva Breeze. We were pleasantly enriched by the spacious, private and beautiful accommodations - our expectations were simply exceeded. This updated home was just that...more like a home than a house. Location, Location, Location ... minimal traffic on this private road which leads directly to the beach while just around the corner from the stores/shopping and restaurants (Mucky Duck, Bubble Room, Key Lime Bistro, etc...) - all literally less than a block away. The pool table was used regularly which stands just steps from the hot tub and heated pool itself and the elevator was convenient for luggage. The best compliment we can pay is to return next year and that is already in the books.

Repeat Customer… Same Great Experience!

5 of 5
I encourage anyone reading this to also read my review from 2012. It was as if we never left the island from two years ago; same great views of the gulf from the master bedroom balcony, fantastic heated pool and hot tub, gourmet kitchen, fantastic theater room for watching college football, and great outdoor dining. I would encourage anyone thinking of renting this property to take advantage of the adult and kids bikes and street legal golf cart for $400, definitely worth it! Everything on the main drag is within walking distance of the home, just pick up groceries in Ft. Meyers or Sanibel Island before settling down for the stay. Multiple days were spent at the beach, which was just a walk across the street. The owners have added a cart to hall your beach gear, which was a plus! We had a large family staying the week and it did not feel crowded, plenty of space for the kids and adults. Multiple restaurants have opened up since our last stay on Sanibel and Captiva, make sure to check out Trip Advisor for the latest and greatest eateries. Easy walk from the beach house... Sunset cruise is a must. Book a 2 hour cruise with Captiva Cruises on the main drag, inter coastal side. The cruise takes you up past North Captiva and into the gulf for a beautiful sunset. The cruise is full of island history, interesting facts about the wildlife, and great dolphin watching. Last thing… The management company, American Realty of Captiva, responded within 24 hours to a small repair needed at the property. The staff person was very understanding of the situation and asked if anything else needed to be addressed outside of the original issue. This great customer service and peace of mind separates Aloha Baby from the rest of the competition, 5 stars.

Perfect Captiva Vacation

4 of 5
We had the perfect vacation here. The house was plenty spacious for 4 adults. The lanai was all screened in and we enjoyed evening meals out here. We cooked on the grill many nights after watching the spectacular sunsets on the beach which is a very short walk. In the morning you could walk over to the bay and watch the sunrise. Just a perfect location. It's also a short walk to the village with all the little restaurants and shops. Homeowner George was very helpful with the reservations and he answered all my questions after we reserved the property as well. There is a wonderful boat dock on the bay side. We rented a boat ( Monroe Canal Marina in St. James City on Pine Island) for a week and owner George and maintenance man George were very helpful getting us the boat slip. The pool is also a short walk ( on the way to the beach) and was wonderful for a swim after a beach day. The pool area is well maintained and clean. There are tennis courts as well although we didn't play. Having a washer and dryer at the house was key as we didn't have to pack extra clothes and I had room to bring home all my shells collected on the beach each day! This is our first time staying in Captiva for two weeks as we have been faithful Sanibel vacationers but we will definitely be back to this property next year.
