really nice place to spend vacation

4 of 5
Plenty of space for our family of 8! We loved everything about the property. Plenty of linens to go around. Property Manager was easy to work with. Pool was fantastic. Spent our time visiting different beaches. Go Shark tooth hunting at Nokomis Beach, shelling at bowmans beach on sanibel island. Siesta key is got a long wide soft sand beach - parking is difficult and the beach is busy! Ft. Meyers beach was a little disappointing. Left a shelling basket in the garage/game room for you to also enjoy shelling the local beaches. Matt & Rachel Pickerington Ohio

Beautiful!!!

5 of 5
This was hands-down the nicest place that I have ever stayed on vacation! Everything is absolutely beautiful, inside and out! The pictures don't even do it justice, I hope to get there at least once a year now!

Big Quiet Pool Home in Cape Coral

4 of 5
The Good: Large home and nicely furnished. Some vacation rentals have hideous furnishings and this one did NOT thankfully. Large flat screen TV with HD cable was a nice feature. Good size living room looking out at the Pool area and nice kitchen that was completely stocked. Pool was a good size and they had multiple floats. Master Bedroom had a large bathroom with separate tub and shower with sliding glass doors out to patio. Plenty of towels and linen as well. Big Garage could easily fit 2 cars and had lots of beach stuff. Quiet location which is what we were looking for since we live in Downtown Miami. New restaurant "Dante's Coal Fired Pizza" is a few minutes away with excellent pizza as well as a Bonefish Grill next door. The Bad: Communication from the owner wasn't good. We had asked for late check out and thought it was confirmed but never received anything in writing. We received an email from the owner the night before and we responded immediately about our check time and what needed to be washed but didn't get a response. We emailed again an hour later and nothing. In the morning we called & text'd but no response so we had to leave around 11AM instead of the 5PM that was originally discussed. We received texts as we were leaving sadly. The home has Well water so for some, it could be a shock at first as the water has an odor that you get use to. The WasherDryer has to be run with vinegar first so we decided not to wash clothes. The pool area looks right into the next door neighbor as well as cars driving by on the road so its not as private as we were hoping. Little gnats/bugs get in the pool and on the equipment so both days i had to try and clean out the pool as they kept sticking to us while swimming. The pool cleaner thing was running the whole time so we kept hitting it on our floats. I wanted to just take it out of the pool but didn't want to mess anything up. The location for some people might be a turn off. Its an empty road with a few houses so its not a sub division or anything. The grass along the streets is super high so not good for small dog walks or anything. Overall its a very nice house with a pool in a quiet area. We wanted a relaxing getaway from Miami and that's what we received. One day we stayed home the entire day in our PJs or bathing suit which is something we never do and was much needed, catching up on Shark Week on the big screen tv! I would recommend!
