Perfection!

5 of 5
Our family enjoyed a one month stay at Chadwick's condo. Positive experience from start to finish. The condo is clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Balcony views are second to none. We are a young family with a 2 year old daughter - the property's amenities offered something for everyone - fantastic pool deck, great spa, jogging/walking paths, playgrounds/parks, and of course excellent dining/nightlife. Chadwick and his team were professional, prompt and accommodating. Highly recommend and hope to visit again soon!

Great stay!

5 of 5
We rented this lovely condo in February 2015 for a 1 week stay to celebrate my mom's 75th birthday. The condo comfortably housed my parents in the second bedroom and my husband, daughter and I in the master bedroom. It is very spacious and well appointed. Not much by way of décor and the walls throughout are stark white...I like colour but that was not a problem. It is contemporary, very clean, the kitchen especially had everything you could possibly need to make a quick meal (or an elaborate one if you so chose as all the pots, pans, cutlery, utensils even a butcher's block is there). The only thing lacking in the kitchen I thought was a kettle. Save for my husband, we are tea drinkers and we had to use a pot to heat our water for tea. But small issue. Views from the condo were terrific - the best! I like that it is on the 47th floor so you are on top of the world. I have stayed in a few of Margarita's units and this is probably one of my favorites. Staying there made our special occasion extra special. It was a great week and I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Fantastic Apartment

5 of 5
A fantastic apartment in Brickell. The apartment was really clean on arrival and everything was there that we expected. The kitchen bits and pieces (crockery, glasses, utensils etc) were good quality, so it was very much like home from home. The apartment was well furnished too. The manager was excellent, no problems to be resolved but always happy to help when we had questions. The complex is very well maintained, in fact the sunbeds around the pool were in the process of being replaced (not that we thought it was needed). The pools are cleaned regularly and the planting around the pool area is tended weekly. The gym has plenty of equipment and was rarely very busy. Brickell is a great area to stay. You don't need a car to get around the local area. There are the free trolley buses, the free MetroMover and the MetroBus and MetroTrain that cost $2.25 per ride. Check out the Miami Dade County Transit web site for details of routes. Publix is about 7/8 minute walk. Whole Food Markets probably about 10 minutes. Great restaurants in Brickell, $10 pasta at Perricone's on a Thursday, Pimp your Burger at the Burger and Beer Joint on Tuesdays and happy hour sushi most days at Doraku before 7pm. Check the DowntownMiami web site for all the happy hour deals and other things going on. There are many more restaurants in the area. Don't forget to try La Moon, just a short walk from Mary Brickell Village, but great food and a great welcome. Good brunch at Deli Lane (below the complex). Shopping mall at Dadaland (can get off the train at either North or South station) has all the main shops that you might need. Cinema at South Miami (again a train ride). BayFront is about 20/25 minute walk and the AA Arena just a couple of minutes more. It is possible to get to Midtown or the Design District on the trolley buses. Wynwood Arts District is a bus ride, as is Ocean Drive and South Beach. We even got to the rodeo at Homestead on the train and bus (about an hour and a half, but it can be done). Bus needed to get to Coconut Grove (try Scotty's Landing for lunch, food good but view lovely) and bus or trolley bus to Coral Gables and the Miracle Mile (although to be honest, I am not sure what the miracle is!!). If you are in Coral Gables try the Pincho Factory for a burger (very good - they won best burger in Miami at the South Beach Food and Wine festival in 2015). There is also a nice deli nearby, can't quite remember the name but it began with a G - they had nice cakes.
