My family and I recently spent a week in this gorgeous condo, and we couldn't have been happier with our accommodations. The photos don't do this property justice. It's very well stocked with everything you need from paper and cleaning products to beach toys and snorkeling gear. Our party of 7 had plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was a lot of fun to cook in with a gas grill and griddle built into the range. There were plenty of plates, utensils, flatware, and even some decent knives. We made steaks and seafood for dinner on the grill.
Paul and Karen were very easy to work with; they responded promptly to emails and provided very helpful information on local restaurants. We had a very good meal at Cafe Thirty A in Seagrove.
The beach access was easy and convenient, but the walk can be weary when saddled with a bunch of gear. All you really need is a towel as chairs and umbrellas are provided for you. The beach is very wide and wasn’t overly crowded as it’s private. It has the fluffy white sand and turquoise water which are the hallmarks of the area, very beautiful.
We visited Destin (blech, a bit on the obnoxious side) and Seaside (better, but yuppie town). The Barefoot BBQ stand in Seaside is remarkable even if overpriced, but then this is a tourist spot so you have to expect that.
We really enjoyed our trip. My advice is to travel lightly as this condo has way more than you expect. We'd come back in a blink!
