Luxurious and Spacious

5 of 5
This condo was "over-the-top exceptional". It was equipped with everything we needed plus more. We had 14 people ranging in age from 4 yo to 78 yo and this condo provided space and luxurious accommodations beyond what we could dream of. I could stay at this condo for a month and never leave; it was that nice. Staff was very nice and easy to deal with and were very friendly. Words can not describe how satisfied everyone in our party was with this beautiful unit.

Great for several families

5 of 5
I just spent several nights with our extended family here. We had 8 adults and 6 children (age 10 and under), with each family to a bedroom. We chose this place because of the two living spaces and private bathrooms for each bedroom and the proximity to the beach. My family stayed in the bedroom with two twins (there was plenty of room for our kids to sleep on air mattresses on the floor) and we were VERY pleased with our stay. We ate in for every meal, and were very satisfied with the abundance of cooking utensils, dishes, glasses, silverware, etc. available. Publix is only a couple of miles away, which made daily grocery trips easy and quick. Seating was slightly limited in the dining area for our large group, but with 6 chairs at the table and 5 at the bar, we made do and also used the coffee table so that we could all eat together. There was plenty of cabinet space for all our food and "junk" which helped keep the common kitchen area nice and uncluttered during our stay. The decor is very modern and comfortable, and we really enjoyed all the signs and words on the walls everywhere. My 4-year old memorized the "There is no elevator to success, you have to take the stairs" as he walked up to our room each day! :) Some special touches that made our stay especially pleasant - the condo was stocked with indoor toys and games, movies, Netflix in each bedroom, radios and CD player (with a large collection of CDs), white noise machines, books to read, several beach chairs, pool noodles, and beach toys, etc. The beach is just a short walk down the street. We took a car with all our gear each day, and then walked back and forth. One of our families brought a wagon for the littlest kids, which was VERY helpful, as it is a fairly long walk for little legs in the heat, especially carrying towels and bags. For adults and older kids, it's not far at all. The wifi worked great (even on the rooftop balcony). We loved the pool and since there weren't any other people staying in the building while we were there, enjoyed our "private pool" several times a day! There's a walking/running/biking trail right across the street, as well as a place to rent bicycles if you wish. Possible Concerns: -The kitchen is on the 2nd floor, and the balcony is three flights up. If you have knee trouble or young crawlers or early walkers, keep that in mind. Suggestions for Improvement: - more hooks for towels & beach towels in the bathrooms Thank you for a great stay

Far Exceeded Expectations

5 of 5
My family and I recently spent a week in this gorgeous condo, and we couldn't have been happier with our accommodations. The photos don't do this property justice. It's very well stocked with everything you need from paper and cleaning products to beach toys and snorkeling gear. Our party of 7 had plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was a lot of fun to cook in with a gas grill and griddle built into the range. There were plenty of plates, utensils, flatware, and even some decent knives. We made steaks and seafood for dinner on the grill. Paul and Karen were very easy to work with; they responded promptly to emails and provided very helpful information on local restaurants. We had a very good meal at Cafe Thirty A in Seagrove. The beach access was easy and convenient, but the walk can be weary when saddled with a bunch of gear. All you really need is a towel as chairs and umbrellas are provided for you. The beach is very wide and wasn’t overly crowded as it’s private. It has the fluffy white sand and turquoise water which are the hallmarks of the area, very beautiful. We visited Destin (blech, a bit on the obnoxious side) and Seaside (better, but yuppie town). The Barefoot BBQ stand in Seaside is remarkable even if overpriced, but then this is a tourist spot so you have to expect that. We really enjoyed our trip. My advice is to travel lightly as this condo has way more than you expect. We'd come back in a blink!
