The Perfect Wnter Getaway

5 of 5
The listing doesn't do justice to this amazing beach house you will find on Belleair Beach. It is literally steps from the sand, next to the pool, with amazing views of the Gulf from the patio and the upstairs deck. It is equipped with everything you need, a beautiful kitchen with all the modern amenities, a large dining area, and a huge living room for entertaining guests or hanging out with the family. Our kids and grandkids came down to visit during their spring break adding an additional 3 adults and 3 kids. There was plenty of room for all of us. There is a washer and dryer (with 3 grandkids it came in VERY handy). Upstairs is spacious as well, with 2 more bathrooms, bedrooms with televisions, and lots of closet space. The Wi-Fi coverage through out the unit including the patio and deck is useful, if like us, you are still not retired and have do a little work remotely. The location is quiet and very private. It is a long way from the Spring Break crowds, with plenty of room on the beach, wonderful neighbors, lot's of room to fish, swim, walk the beach and the shelling is never disappointing. Every sunset is unique and most are spectacular. The location is close to everything you could need: grocery stores, restaurants (all with takeout and many with delivery) lots of parks and cool little beach communities to explore. There is really no need to leave the island, but plenty to see and do if you feel the urge. The only thing better than the amazing sunsets are the owners David and Kim. They really care about their guests and do everything in their power to accommodate your needs and special requests. They make sure your stay exceeds all expectations and always ask for suggestions to improve the experience for all of their guests. This past March was our 5th visit to Los Caracolas and the second stay in this condo, and it just keeps getting better. We have already booked March 2016 and are trying to find a way to work in a Fall stay (this year). We are already thinking about next year and can hardly wait, it is what will get us through the winter.
