We had the House for 9 days and it was perfect for our needs. We had 5 couples, and everyone were pleased with their rooms. We had the upstairs bedroom with the King Bed, it's a good size. The nicest room is the downstairs bedroom, it has a great ensuite. Our only minor issue was parking was each couple had a rental car and your only allowed to park 3 at the house. This was easily fixed by parking a couple cars at the main clubhouse, which was less than a 5 minute walk from house.
It's a nice distance away from the hustle and bustle of Orlando, easy access to all the things in Central Florida we wanted to see. Cape Canaveral (75 mins), Tampa NHL Game (60 mins), Plant City Strawberry Festival (45 mins), Universal (30 mins - 60 mins depending on traffic) and Providence Golf Course (5 mins). One couple did visit Disney (15 Min). When planning to visit somewhere, I would recommend adding extra time, as traffic around Orlando can get really busy.
The House is very lovely decorated. The Kitchen has everything you would possibly need. My issue was different people putting stuff away, it never seemed to be in the same place where you originally found it so it was a chore to try to find something ;-( Too many cooks/helpers in the Kitchen. We mostly just did Breakfast at the House, as it was too much work to prepare supper for 10 people each night. We all normally tired out from activities that we ended up going out for supper most of the time.
The Pool would have to be our favourite part of the House. It's fairly private as there is a pond right behind the house. I think someone used the Pool everyday (even the rainy cool day).
Now, to be honest it's not a WOW home in terms of quality of some of the finishing, but that's more of personal preference thing. If I was buying it I would like some things done differently. But, in terms of renting for a couple weeks, this house is perfect, especially for a large group.
