BEST RENTAL IN EL SALVADOR - BY FAR

5 of 5
There is no comparison. This is the most beautiful beach house you can get in El Salvador. I travel there every year, and I have never stayed at such a beautiful place. The pictures do not do it justice. The house is remarkable in every way. Air Conditioning in every room, internet, safe drinking water (incredible reverse osmosis system both upstairs and down), amazing infinity pool, rain forest on one side, beach on the other, magic jack local US dial phone, private beach, walking distance from amazing surf and great restaurants . You cannot ask for more. The owner is truly committed to provide you with the best experience. It was 8 of us and she scheduled 2 maids and a grounds keeper to help in cleaning, breakfast, etc. There were some minor glitches and the owner resolved them immediately. You cannot ask for more. I I would recommend this property to everyone.

Beautiful Home in Secure Private Beach Commuity

5 of 5
The house and grounds were very nice. The community is secure with gaurds at the gate 24 hours. The 5 minute walk down to the beach is through almond and palm trees and although there are other houses in the development it is hard to see them through the flora so it seems very private. We spent 9 days at the house and only on the weekend did we see other people on the beach so it really is a private experience. The house is split into two levels with 2 bedrooms and a bath at the top of some steps that follow the grade of the propertly. This worked perfectly for us as there were two families in our group and we divided up the bedrooms with one family "upstairs" and the other "downstairs". There is a large dining / living room that opens up to an equally large patio overlooking the pool with glass room length doors. This makes a very large living space that we spent lots of time playing games, dining, and drinking. The pool area has a covered patio area with a table, chairs, hammocks, and a coule of patio reclining chairs that were great for afternoon napping and reading. There is an outdoor shower next to the pool to rinse off the beach sand and cool off if you're getting too warm. You can hear the ocean waves, birds, and other wildlife from the house wich was really nice. I must say, the pictures in the house description do not do justice to this beautiful vacation home. For supplies you must stock up on the way. The nearest source of supplies is La Libertad and it is about 45 minutes away so don't forget anything. Hernan is the groundskeeper who did a terrific job. There were a couple minor issues with the house that he took care of right away and he helped us restock the water each day (you buy it at a little snack stand near the beach). He also made a run to one of the little homefront stores along the road for small items we needed occasionally. Gabby is the housekeeper and she was also great. We had requested to hire a cook to prepare our evening meals and after some initial confusion with Marta, we worked it all out and she took great care of us. Her services come with the house for 3 days per week so we hired her to work her days off. Gabby and Hernan really made the stay a wonderful experience. We saw the sites (Coatapeque, Archeological sites, and El Tunco surf beach) among others and really enjoyed our stay.
