                        Well Equipped Condo

                        5 of 5
Stayed at this cute condo for a week and was very pleased with the amenites (free wi-fi, cell phone, us cable chanels, housekeeping daily, sound/light systeme) and the very central location. I am a chef and enjoyed the very well equipped kitchen. Good deal as I saved money on taxi rides and restaurants.

I'm Ernest client for a while now, and all of his properties are fantastic. If you have any issues he or his assistance will help you right away. Location is perfect and apartment is comfortable...

Extremely Clean, Quiet and Safe Location..decorated nicely...

                        4 of 5
Pro's: For the money, this is the one of the best places that I have stayed. The rooms are large. The owner made sure to supply all the needed items even down to a hair dryer. Gorgeous master bathroom. Flat screen TV's.. I was extremely pleased with this location. Every room was clean. Air Conditioning was excellent at night in the bedrooms. Wifi speed was fast enough for me to do my job. Con's: I really do not have any complaints about this property. However, I would recommend to the next person to make sure that you are able to speak spanish to the security guards when you check in or to the owners assistant. Otherwise, you will need to speak english to the owner, who is availble, but it is a US phone number. Overall: I like to see an owner that takes pride in their properties and will address the concerns of the person renting the property. This owner was available everytime I called before the trip, during the trip, and after the trip. The owners' assistant was also available anytime (but you will need to speak Spanish to the assistant). To anyone renting this property that only speaks English, please try it. You will not be disappointed in the property and take the challenge of trying to communicate with the locals. This was my first attempt to be away from a resort or a hotel. My Spanish is not fluent and poor at best. But, I am so happy I rented this property. I hope everyones experiences will be as good as mine. To the owner: I would recommend a book or tablet in your property that list things to do around the area..such as directions to a supermarket to buy bottled water...restaurants that are local favorites...bars that would be nice for a drink, taxi drivers numbers that speak english, or any of your favorite spots that a tourist like myself should see.
