Santo Domingo City View

5 of 5
Our visit to Santo Domingo this time was the best visit ever! This was made possible by the very cool and spacious accommodations, and great concierge services by my main man Josh. The apartment is as advertised. It's not resort grade accommodations, but was well worth the price and then some. A few cosmetic and plumbing upgrades are needed, but overall it was great for the price. Close to EVERYTHING! Perfect getaway for the fellas and bachelor party. I think I have found my second home in the Dominican Republic. I would rate the apartment 3, but overall, with Josh concierge services, I RATE the overall Experience a 5+! Josh was an awesome host! He knew where all the cool spots were and was a great guide for tours and other extra-curricular activities! He was always prompt and courteous. We can't wait to get back and hang out with him again. This spot is a winner!

Amazing great mix of relaxation and fun!

When I first looked at the pictures I was really skeptical "does this place really look this nice in person." After staying there I must admit, the pictures don't do it any justice. It's breathtaking! Waking up to the sound of waves every morning was so relaxing. It was my first time going to the DR and I must admit, I would like to return sooner then later. Guilia's is a great place for breakfast, and a little ways down there is a restaurant called Casual Cuisine (or something close to that) best food we had during the whole trip. Getting around is very expensive. It is much cheaper to rent a car, but be careful people drive real crazy!
