What an awesome place

4 of 5
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent 7 days in this villa. Here are the positives: -very nice villa -nice golf court -nice pool -nice quiet and serine location The negatives; - the fridge needs to be fixed, it's doesn't get cold enough and you end up with lots of water on each of the glass shelves, are bread, meats, fruit in vegetable was sitting in a pool of water -the kitchen could be better equipped, better knives, the pans are old and would need to be replace. -get a latter for the pool. There is no shallow part in the pool so, very hard to get out of it. The pool is not for young children. -beds are hard, if you like duper firm mattress you will be fine otherwise a mattress topper could help. -horrible pillows -no BBQ brush, but understandable, they had just bought a brand new BBQ, they just forgot to buy a cleaning bruch and tools -lots of ants in the kitchen, buy ants trap -golf cost is expensive If they can fix those minor issue the place would be perfect However, these are easy fix that can be done by the owner. Punta Cana Resl estate were great Thanks again Alexandra and Simon Strickland

Excellent time in Punta Cana

5 of 5
I travelled to Punta Cana in March of 2015 with about 18 or so friends to stay here. We're all young, so definitely wasn't a family or with-kids kind of trip as many other reviewers have mentioned. Nonetheless, the house was perfect. The staff is incredibly attentive. The food was very good, the cleaning very thorough, and everyone was courteous and professional. The house is about a 10 minute walk to the beach via a golf cart pathway. The airport is very, very close which made coming and going a breeze. The facilities at the club were also great. Overall, an incredible stay and would recommend with no hesitation.

Dream family vacation

5 of 5
We just returned from a 11 night stay here and it was fabulous. The villa itself is amazing (the website doesn't begin to do it justice) and I can't imagine a better location. You are about 20 steps down to the private beach for all the Corales villas. Most of the time there was no one on the beach. Only once did I see more than 10 people (excluding our group). A great spot for kids. There are plenty of shallow areas in the private pools & a great yard to run in. There are 6 bedrooms. 4 have king beds. One has two double/queen beds. A final bedroom has two double beds and two "kid sized" twin beds in a loft. There were also baby cribs & extra twin mattresses we used to sleep toddlers with their parents. The staff is lovely & make sure you have a relaxing stay without interfering. None of the staff on-site speak English well, so it is essential that at least one person in your party speak Spanish well Definitely rent at least one car. The butler & staff use your rental car to get groceries, etc, so you may find it helpful to have multiple cars. Our group wasn't really focused on leaving the villa to do things and we still found several occasions when more cars would have been useful. Beyond the private beach & potentially the Corales golf course nothing is in walking distance. You will also need a lot of cash (DR pesos) for groceries & tips unless you would always go with the staff to the grocery store. I think we left the villa most frequently to go to an ATM. Our extended family, aged 1-72 all had an amazing time. We would love to return & highly recommend it.
