Very satisfied with this apartment

4 of 5
Just spent several days in this apartment with my family and we all agree that it is a true value. The owner was very cuties in helping us make the arrangements. I’d recommend this apparent to anyone. Carlet

Ocean Dreams - absolutely beautiful

5 of 5
We were thrilled when we arrived and found our unit was exactly what we saw on line and more. We were provided with wifi and the use of a phone to call Canada and the US at no charge which came in handy as we had a family issue to deal with. The location was ideal, lots of restaurants and bars within a short walk either by the street or on the beach. The beach was a short walk from our condo unit inside a gated area. The manager was more than helpful and always available for any questions or to make a recommendation of a place to eat or visit. It was nice that there was a book left for us with places to eat, where the groceries stores were, name of a cab driver we could hire, information on the local transportation and the cost and much more. The manager even picked us up at the airport and took us to a large grocery store so we could get a start on stocking up the cupboards and fridge. The grounds in our area, was beautiful, the gardener was there every day making sure that the pool was clean the grounds and flowers were watered and everything was perfect. We would definitely recommend this condo again, unfortunately we cannot get the same unit but we have booked again for next year in the same location. There were lots of great places to eat such as Goriditto's for tacos and burrito's, the Burger Joint, Conchol Loco Bar & Restaurant which serves great Italian food as well as seafood and a great barbecue, Franco the owner is very friendly and a great host definitely a place to visit. A short walk on the beach to the left is a great restaurant called Aqua which makes amazing pizza's, and pasta dishes. Then walk into Caberete and visit PaPi's which has great seafood(shrimp) and pasta. An amazing little bar called Mojito's were you can get 2 for 1 drinks from 2-9 everyday but Tuesday. There are lots of other places including a little German restaurant but I can't remember the name but if you ask anyone there they will tell you how to get there, they have great schnitzel. We hired a cab driver for the day and had him take us up into the mountains and then a stop at a restaurant called LaMolina overlooking Santiogo and Mocha. Lots of kiteboarding and wind surfing happening at the beach which is a great way to spend an afternoon just watching them. Ocean Dreams in Caberete is the place to go, just a short walk to everything and so much to see and do and you feel very safe as it has 24 hour security. Can't wait to get back there next year.

Phenomenal!

5 of 5
Staying in Jeanelle's and Craig's condo was the best decisions we could have made for our Vacation in the DR. The pictures, as beautiful as they are, hardly do it justice. The Master bedroom is huge! I loved cooking in the kitchen and ate every meal on the deck. We also felt so safe. We were never concerned about leaving our door open or unlocked during the day when we went to the beach. We were a little concerned about needing to drive but we were so glad to have our own vehicle. Driving did take some getting used to but we got into the swing of things pretty quick and much preferred having the freedom and comfort of our own vehicle. The semi-private beach in front of the condo was one of our favorite places to hang out, The water was safe and waves were so fun to play in. It was also such a welcome break from the hustle and haggling of the beaches in Cabarete and Sosua. We also loved walking or jogging the beach trail toward Cabarete. It enjoyed drinks and some fabulous dinners at the Natura Cabana only a couple minutes walk from the condo. We had a couple minor issues, one with the TV and one with the A/C in the master bedroom but Martin, the manager at Las Olas was fantastic. The issues were responded to and remedied very quickly. As you read this you are probably in the process of reviewing dozens of potential properties for your vacation. We could not recommend this property highly enough. For the location, quality, comfort and price we couldn't find better. Just sayin'.
