We could not have been happier with our week staying at Allan's apartment in Copenhagen. We were traveling with our two daughters, ages 3 and 5, so having some of the conveniences of home (kitchen, laundry, two bedrooms) made our trip easy and enjoyable. The location of the apartment is perfect...stunning view of the water, nice walk to Tivoli (most of it along the water), easy access to the water taxi and Metro, but just far away from the busy downtown area that it was quiet. We shopped at Netto and cooked dinner about half the nights we were there, and ate breakfast with the sliders to the balcony open (a little too chilly while we were there to sit outside). The apartment itself is beautiful. Plenty of storage to unpack, gorgeous views, everything tidy and functional. Every time we stood in the kitchen and said "I wonder if there's a_____" we always found it moments later. To top this all off, working with Allan was easy. His Welcome Guide to everything in the apartment and in the neighborhood was detailed. He is responsive to emails, even sending a couple while we were there to be sure everything was okay. One of his daughters met us when we arrived, and she was also very welcoming and helpful. In summary, we had a wonderful time in Copenhagen. Staying at Allan's apartment was a huge part of that, really allowing us to relax and feel like we got to "live" in Copenhagen for a time, rather than simply being tourists. Comfortable, clean, ideally located. We will recommend Allan's apartment to all of our friends who are interested in visiting Copenhagen. Thank you!!!
