LOOK NO FURTHER....location is everything !!

5 of 5
This is a popular part of town, lots of tourists (even though it was low season) in the area and we can see why they rent Right Here. It's close to just about everything you'll need (Super 2001- a local grocery store, Tico Cafe- a great place for really good coffee and breakfast/ pastries, surf shops that rent surf boards for $5, the bank for exchanging money, La Baula- which the most beautiful restaurant with great pizza and fruit drinks, if you are ok with walking about 10 minutes more you can try Soda el buen comer- local Tico Food for cheap and our favorite was Kahiki's-closest to the beach and great pineapple pork burritos-the best we've ever tasted). There are so many other restaurants we ate at too during our two weeks but these left a lasting impression and were all close to the rental. You must try Spout too if you have car. Great Lunch place. All of this made the location simply perfect. For us, the kitchen was great for small meals and storing leftovers, but you can easily do much of your cooking here- the kitchen was adequately stocked and a pleasure to fix food in with the beautiful granite. The owner and RPM (the management company) were more than accommodating. The VRBO description is accurate -the pictures don't really depict the beauty of the the actual town home- the home is decorated quite well with locally inspired decor-just lovely. Everything was well maintained and clean-the cleaning staff will refresh your towels and linens and were accommodating when needed. We were there to explore and have fun in and around Tamarindo. This location gave us an opportunity to enjoy the best of everything we had on our Itinerary. We were here during low season and though it rained some, staying in was comfortable and pleasurable and an excuse to relax and enjoy the beauty of the home itself. The internet was reliable to check emails and post pics. I think we slept too good here. The location was away from the hustle and bustle, so quiet and peaceful. Most morning the only noise you'll here is birds and monkeys. Security/upkeep of the property was great. We parked our car just outside the complex and it was safe- we always felt safe, even walking late at night, back home from dinner -it helped to have headlamps, some of the streets are dark. The property is taken care of quite well-you won't be disappointed. The location, to us, came pretty close to perfect and that's what actually made the vacation a true Costa Rican Experience.

Beautiful

5 of 5
The villa was beautiful, quiet and had everything we needed for our stay. The pool is the center part of the house and very refreshing before going to bed at night. We felt like the villa was a fortress due to the alarm system and the secure area so this left us a very good feeling everytime we left and came back. Everything is quiet around, although the town/beach is not far by walk. Claudia and Samuel, the managers, were a great help and gave us precious advice about where to go shopping, surfing and about Tamarindo. This week was paradise and I would definitely go back or recommend it to anyone who wants to take a real vacation.

Beautiful secluded condo close to beach

5 of 5
This condo has it all. The interior of the condo is decorated beautifully and fully stocked with all the cooking tools and essentials you will need. Large functional open concept kitchen with granite countertops and an island with stools. This unit even has a laundry room so no need to overpack when you can wash your clothes. The master suite has a king sized bed with patio doors to the pool and attached ensuite with a large jacuzzi tub/shower. The room also has ample storage for your clothes. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and another set of patio doors out to the front of the condo. The room also has ample storage for your clothes. The main bathroom is in between the 2 bedrooms and has a large countertop with stand alone shower and a separate water closet for the toilet. The condo is suitable for young families as it is located on the main floor.??Beautiful pools (3 different ones a kiddy pool next to a large waterfall pool, a lap pool for adults only, and an infinity pool). The pools have fantastic landscaping and lots of loungers and covered areas to relax, drink/eat, or cook. The entire condo complex is very lush and full of beautiful trees, flowers and greenery - it really takes your breath away. The gardeners do a fantastic job at keeping the complex and its surrounding areas in tip top shape. There are trails around the complex that you can walk along and see the howler monkeys eating the leaves off the trees every day within arms reach. It is quite the experience and the kids loved it! we also saw lots of iguanas and lizards and many types of birds. For those of you who rent a vehicle there is covered parking which is great in the Costa Rican heat.??As a young family we enjoyed our time very much in Costa Rica and found this condo to feel like an all inclusive type of property as it had everything we needed. It is very safe as it is gated and there are guards who patrol 24/7. They also stop everyone who enters and leaves the complex which is an added bonus for the security of the complex. The kids loved walking around the complex playing in the greenery and exploring, they never wanted to be inside. Make this condo your next choice when you go to Costa Rica you will not be disappointed.
