NICE PLACE TO STAY WITH KIDS

                      4 of 5
We stayed here with 3 kids and 2 adults (2 moms) and the 3 bedroom set up was great. AC worked well and ceiling fans were nice. Kids swam in pool- some landscaping around pool would be nice but it was fine. We cooked in the kitchen and found everything we needed. Short 2 block walk to beach, lots of restaurants nearby, next door to big Pali grocery store. There were howler monkeys in the trees next to the property one day. Getting and turning in keys was easy and we got deposit back quickly after return. Be sure you have house manager's cell phone. When we went to return keys, the office was closed due to a holiday but since we had the cell phone we were able to call and make another plan without wasting much time. Nice property! My only wish is that the windows would open- evenings were cool and breezy but we had to use AC as windows don't open.

CASA MANGO IN SAMARA, COSTA RICA

                      4 of 5
My partner and I really enjoyed our stay at Casa Mango. We were there during 3 weeks of high season and for the price I feel we really got a great deal. Accomadations were clean, safe and private. A plus was private location, bike ride to beach or town, and the pool for cooling off. We wanted to live like locals and experience Samara in an intimate way, no posh hotels for us. Really enjoyed our stay and Lavae was most helpful in making sure we had what we needed. If you want a reasonable price, gorgeous view, and some privacy, very family friendly, and quiet, then this is your place! Thanks Lavae and Steve, can't wait to come back!

A GREAT TIME AT CASA PAPAYA! WE HOPE TO RETURN ONE DAY!

                      5 of 5
My husband, sister and brother-in-law and I spent a week at Casa Papaya recently and we LOVED it! It was exactly the balance between proximity to the beach/town and privacy we were looking for. The house was clean, well equipped and comfortable. Lots of windows with good screens on them let in a great breeze in the evening. The outdoor kitchen and pool were great for spending a little time relaxing at home. We had great morning coffees on the patio! View was beautiful. Monkeys often passed by in the morning and we often had some gecko friends on the ceiling of the outdoor kitchen at night while we were playing cards. Quick walk to the beach with a super market on the way! Since the town is practically on the beach it is close as well. Many sodas (restaurants) with delicious food along the beach and in town. The beach was beautiful and not too busy (even though we were there on Easter weekend). We were there at the peak of the dry season, which meant it was a little drier than usual, but on the up side there were practically no mosquitoes! I would go back to Casa Papaya and Samara :)
