Beautiful vacation home by the sea

5 of 5
Overall very positive stay at a beautiful home. Karen was very helpful with helping to plan our trip and activities, and we loved meeting Guener and getting to know him. We took a whale watching trip and saw humpback whales breaching! There were lots of dolphins too. We also had dinner with Birgit and Uwe at the Lookout hotel on the way to Karen's - it's a charming place, and they were lovely German people! But we especially loved the food and the chef at that Fiesta Del Mar on the Costanera just a few minutes from Karen's house .. we ate there two nights in a row! The chef said he had cooked for a Marriott in the states; anyway, he really does an amazing job with fresh fish! We highly recommend that restaurant to your guests. All else was good, and we hope we can come back.

Fantastic

This is a fantastic property. The owners are very responsive to questions from the beginning, along with the property manager being very accomodating once you are there. The property was easy to find, yet in a still quiet area. The property has all the amenities needed for a quiet and relaxing time. The house instead is extremely comfortable and beautifully furnished. You will wake up to howler monkeys who travel through every day. There several unique, yet uncrowded beaches within a 10 minutes. There are many other interesting things to do besides the beaches. My family enjoyed the tilipia farm in particular. In addition, there are many great restaurants, of differing flavors in the neighborhood, along with well stocked supermarkets and small stores nearby. The surrounding community is very friendly and welcoming. I couldn't say enough an how much we enjoyed this property and the surrounding area.
