EXCEEDS EXPECTATIONS!

We would all like to thank Judy for an incredible stay at this property. She was very helpful ahead of time and throughout our stay answering questions and providing advice along the way. The house is a 10 and her customer service is an 11. We arrived November 19th and stayed through the 26th. We flew into Liberia and reached Playa Negra in just under 1 1/2 hours driving. The roads were paved the whole way until we were within a few km of the house. I would recommend NOT taking the route that goes through Tamarindo if you want to save time-- Very easy to get to Playa Negra this way. There is also a Super Compro grocery store on the way not too far out of Liberia. Our group of 8 was blown away when we arrived at the property. Caramar is a gated community and the house is also gated. The pictures, though nice, do not do it justice. The house is massive with tall ceilings in every room and an incredible lookout/grill deck on the top level. You can see the line-up at the main break at Playa Negra from the top level which was great. The house comfortably sleeps 3 couples and then has an additional room with twin beds. There is also a few pull-out couches if you have extra travelers. The kitchen area with the dining room table was great. A full range equipped with EVERYTHING you will need to cook three meals a day, huge refrigerator/freezer, and dry storage for food items / surf fuel. The grounds were perfectly maintained and the pool out back was much larger than it appeared in the photos. There is a great hidden board rack for storage outside. We came to surf but during the day when the winds were not in our favor we took advantage of the best zip-lining experience we've ever had: Pura Aventura http://www.canopypuraaventura.com/. One of the group members timed the longest zip at 55 seconds, flying over the canopy, cruising high speeds. This was 50 bucks pp for 2 hours of zipping on about 15 lines throughout the canopy-- I would have gladly given 100 for the experience we had. TIP THE GUIDES! We also did a Catamaran tour out of Tamarindo. This was incredible as well: sailing, sun, snorkeling, great lunch and dinner + an open bar. We left the beach at 11am and returned at sunset. 85 bucks pp was a steal. http://www.bluedolphinsailing.com/trips.html We came between seasons and still scored head high - overhead waves on 3 days out of 6! I would recommend this house to anyone! Friendly for surfers and vacationers alike WE WILL BE BACK. THANK YOU JUDY!
