Luxury Dream Vacation

5 of 5
This luxury home is brand new and has the finest of everything imaginable, from linens to dishes to furniture, etc. It is located on a gorgeous mountain that captures the ocean breezes and not one insect or dust. It is extremely private, peaceful, secluded, and secure. There are no neighbors in view in this gated community, although there are other beautiful homes in the nearby area. It is well named as Casa Vistas Lindas because the views are to die for. You can watch the sunset on the ocean from the pool or watch the sunrise while rocking in a chair on the front porch with a beautiful view of another beach. It is perfectly landscaped and there are all sorts of fruit trees on the property. You can see monkeys and parrots in the vegetation on the mountain. It is located very close to lovely uncrowded beaches with perfect world class surf as well as excellent fishing. Although this is a more remote part of Costa Rica, there are many great places to eat very close by as well as areas for yoga or shopping in quaint little shops. The very well stocked kitchen has a wonderful layout for preparing your own easy meals or you may choose to grill poolside where there is another outdoor kitchen. I believe it would accommodate more than 12 people if the swinging bed were used as well as the couches which could easily be pushed together for additional sleeping arrangements. It is spacious with all sorts of options of air conditioned areas, outdoor areas, screened in areas, second floor areas, etc. The Rancho is a separate dwelling with its own bathroom and kitchen area. The salt water pool is perfect for soaking or swimming laps. It has an excellent stereo system throughout and is stocked with all sorts of DVDs. It is a most relaxing, luxurious place to visit and I would highly recommend it for people looking for a romantic getaway or special celebration. I will most definitely be returning to this dream vacation destination.

Gorgeous views! Best vacation ever!

5 of 5
We absolutely loved Vista Bonita! Our family of 5 visited Costa Rica for Spring Break. The weather was absolutely perfect everyday! During our stay, we did a zip line tour and an atv tour. We really enjoy both of those. We visited several restaurants. Our favorite was LaLuna. The home was lovely and the back porch was amazing! We would go to town or to the beach everyday but found ourselves wanting to hurry back to the house to swim and relax in the hammock. The views were amazing. We can't wait to return soon!

Exceeded our Expectations - Wonderful Villa and Re

5 of 5
We stayed for two weeks in March of 2014 at the Villa Oceanis and found the entire process very relaxing, from booking to departure. The owner is approachable and fastidious with booking arrangements and Frabrice and Pattie contacted us before our arrival to make us feel welcome and saw to all of our needs while we were staying at Oceanis. The unit itself is wonderful, cool air conditioning in each bedroom, well appointed bathrooms, a comfortable kitchen, dining and living space, and the gardens, pool and deck are simply out of this world! Never before have my wife and I felt so relaxed while on vacation. Ahead of our stay I had read many horror stories about rental car agencies and driving in CR, but after a few days at the Villa we realized that to maximize our time and see everything we wanted that it made sense to rent a vehicle. Fabrice was very helpful and made arrangements for us to rent a SUV from Budget in Tamarindo. They were friendly and helpful, but watch out for the damage deposit, they originally wanted close to $1800, but it will be lower if you opt for complete insurance coverage (which I certainly would). Driving in Costa Rica during the dry season is completely safe and we didn't have so much as a flat (though we were prepared and they are cheaply fixed). Immediately around the condo is the Hotel Iguanazul with great local food, and happy hour specials. The Supermercado Junquillal is a 15 minute walk and offers a selection of groceries though not very much in the way of produce or meat. Next door is Amigo's, which also has fantastic food (try their nachos!). We did our grocery shopping at the Auto Mercado in Tamarindo (clean, modern and a little pricey) along with the Super Mercado in Santa Cruz (lower prices but not as many imported options). We also drove and stayed a night in Puntarenas so that we could zip line at the Adventure Park (out of this world and a must do if you enjoy zip lines and waterfalls), drove to see the Rio Celeste Waterfall and stayed at the Hideaway (out of this world hotel) and went to El Viejo for a boat tour of Palo Verde (which was also phenomenal). Frabrice also made arrangements for us to ATV with Adrenalin Tours which was a fun and dusty afternoon. Villa Oceanis affords you the opportunity to set your own pace and pick and choose those activities you are interested in, which makes for a relaxing and fun vacation. Surfing, fishing, snorkelling, diving, horse back riding, rodeos/festivals, g
