Three Weeks in the loveliest cabins!

5 of 5
Just returned from 3 weeks in the lovely Ginger Cabins. What a perfect antidote to anything that ails you...or doesn't! The cottage was perfect, simply and beautifully appointed. The porch is it's own outdoor living space and my daughter and I lived out there. At this time of year, the rain showers hit many days late afternoon and they were part of the magic of the place. The owners were incredibly kind and helpful and made our stay comfortable and effortless. Don't miss an opportunity to visit this very special property. If you're looking for the beauty of the tropical jungle, close enough to enjoy town while you take in the mountains surrounding Quepos, this is your destination!

Family week together at Villa Punto de Vista

5 of 5
Villa Punto de Vista. We just returned from a fabulous week at Villa Punto de Vista near Manual Antonio National Park. First and foremost, I want to assure future guests that working with David Konwiser, Architect and Co-Founder, was trouble free and a pleasure. Everything at the Villa was as represented and more actually. Also all money transactions were handled with professional courtesy; indeed an all-round first class experience. As soon as we arrived at the Villa we were met at the van by all the staff, indicating that they had been expecting us all afternoon as we flew into San Jose. At that point, Oliver, Josue and Yessenia (the breakfast chef) were all strangers, however when we left after a week, we all considered them friends. Oliver, Josue and Yessenia were all delightful and we much appreciated their gracious assistance and happy personalities. We were transported to and from the beach (actually a short walk) via the “mule” with chairs and umbrellas set up for us. After being at the beach for a while, it was wonderful to turn around and see Oliver coming with chips, guacamole and drinks, what a life. The villa arranged for Desiree Brassert to be our in-house chef for the week (at an additional cost). This was a real treat for us as we got to experience fabulous food, and the added benefit of no clean-up. Desiree certainly enhanced our dining experience, all without any of us leaving the house. At the villa infinity pool, roof top decks, etc. adults and children were thrilled to be in the jungle with the monkeys and sloths that call that area their home. We arrived at the Villa with great expectations and left with memories that will last us a lifetime. We shared the week together but each person has their own individual memories to treasure of our time spent in the jungle area of Manual Antonio National Park and Villa Punto de Vista. Would we return again, absolutely!

Love it.

5 of 5
This was our first time in Costa Rica and I absolutely loved it. We had a group of 6 adults for a birthday vacation. The house is beautiful, spacious and very close to Quepos. The pool was a great way to cool off after our daily adventures. We saw monkeys, sloths, toucans and a Mot Mot at the house. The house very clean and we had a friendly cleaning staff daily. Dorit was awesome. She arranged for a sailing trip, canopy tour and White water rafting on the Rio Savegre. I would recommend all of the tours. They’re fun and very professional. Everyone in our group felt very safe on the tours, even when they were doing things out of their comfort zone. We visited many restaurants but Ronnie’s place was our personal favorite. We went there two times in one week. The seafood is amazing and so is the sangria. I am going to recommend the Villa Mot Mot to my friends and family. I would only suggest staying longer than one week, because we didn’t want to leave. I hope to see you soon Costa Rica. Pure Vida.
