The perfect vacation - we'll be back!

5 of 5
We absolutely had the best vacation in our 30 years together! You know you've found the perfect place when the morning after we arrived while lounging by the pool we began planning our return. Bob, Bea and their family of furry friends were the best hosts, always available for us if we had a question or any need. Seabreeze Casa was perfect in every way. The only thing I could have used was a cushier pillow (but I'm a pillow snob) and it certainly did not affect my sleep. We slept soundly every night. Terry and I enjoyed the place so much we had to force ourselves to go to the beach and the store. We ate lunch at Tortilla Flats twice but were always anxious to come "home" to Seabreeze. Bea took us on a couple of quad adventures and we were able to meet their groundskeeper's family (who insisted that we stay for an entirely home grown, home raised fabulous meal). We enjoyed the two storms that rushed through, the awesome fireflies, the monkeys, parrots, Toucans and the huge toads who sat by the pool at night. We loved the geckos who visited us in the evenings while we played cards. The view from the tub of all of the above while having champagne and a bubble bath was such a treat! But the pool was our favorite part of all (I want one just like it) with the spectacular view. Tara adopted us and is so, so sweet. And when we hiked we were accompanied by a little black lab (I can't remember her name). The flowers! WOW. The whole property is beautifully landscaped and there are so many, many types of flowers everywhere! And the jungle is amazing! My goodness, between our camera and our two phones we took over a thousand pictures and videos! Our family and friends have had to sit through our enthusiastic "slide show" :) Oh, and the new Villa is without a doubt the most beautifully appointed guest home that I have EVER seen (I manage over 125 vacation homes several of which are rated Platinum so I know what I'm talking about). Thank you for this wonderful memory! We're coming back in a few months to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary! Seabreeze sleeps around 12 or so (but is perfect for two)! Amazing Trip!

5 of 5
8 of us stayed at the Waterfall house in November for a fun get away and had an AMAZING time! Minor was so wonderful and helped us plan everything. He was very flexible and approachable and gave us great advice on what to bring or do while in Costa Rica. The house is beautiful and was very clean when we got there. Minor even met up with us at the local super market to take us to the house. The waterfall right across the driveway of the house was so much fun to go to everyday. There is even a rope swing! The neighborhood and locals were wonderful and very welcoming.to us. We always felt safe at the house and the surround area. Plenty of restaurants and beaches to go to. Jolly Rogers has the best wings in the world and tortilla flats had very good cosados. Both places were good prices and were our favorite restaurants to go to. We went zip lining through canopy santuario tours which was fantastic. Wonderful tour guides and the food provided was wonderful. We also went horse back riding for a day, which Minor's company set up for us . It was such a wonderful ride through the forest. They provided breakfast and lunch for us during breaks on the trip and we stopped at a GIANT waterfall for a couple hours to swim. We couldn't have asked for a better trip.

Amazing luxury villa with unsurpassed ocean views

5 of 5
We highly recommend this luxury villa to anyone without reservation. The home accommodated two families with a total of 11 people comfortably in the five large, well appointed bedrooms. Beautiful open spaces both inside and out to relax and enjoy the most amazing vistas over the Pacific Ocean and jungle foliage surrounding the home. The area has ample places to explore from the beautiful surfing beaches, waterfalls, hiking trails, swimming holes, caves, and original Costa Rican villages that are not overrun by tourist. If you want to be away form the large resorts and overrun tourist areas, but have all the comforts of home with all that Costa Rica has to offer a short ride away, then this is it. No regrets!! We will return.
