Just what I was Looking For

5 of 5
Adorable cottage nestled in the woods. Clean and well maintained. Owner was very pleasant and gave me some great tips and things to do in the area.

Perfect escape from the city

5 of 5
My husband and I just returned from a post Christmas getaway. Just a short drive from nyc. The cottage has a beautiful view of lake at sunset. The accomdations are just as described. There was nothing that we needed. Perfect starting point for quick drive to kent falls and browsing in town of kent. Also new Preston is nice to browse through. We enjoyed the white hours inn. It was such a treat to return to lake warming since most of the B&W b have returned to private residences. We will surely return

Cozy stay and warm property manager!

5 of 5
I had to go to Connecticut for work reasons and due to the length of the stay without a definitive end date, my husband came with me. Patty, the homeowner, welcomed us and made us feel comfortable and checked on us regularly to ensure all our needs were met. It was quiet and felt like a home away from home. When it came to needing to extend my stay and additional week, it was a no-brainer that I wanted to continue to stay in the home. We were able to do this so it allowed me not to have to re-locate and focus on my project at work. Lastly, when I did get time off, it was a short walk to the lake or to a local restaurant for easy relaxation without having to deal with crowds or traffic. Would definitely stay again!
