A LOVELY EXPERIENCE

5 of 5
This is a lovely house in a beautiful setting. The house is in great shape yet still has the old Victorian feel. The cabana, while a few minutes walk from the house, is right on the beach and well equipped. This house is, in fact, one of the best equipped that we have ever rented. The owners are friendly and flexible - we felt very much at home. To top it off, Niantic is a great little town and is a 20 minute walk from the house. We highly recommend the Grand Victorian for a summer get-away!

GREAT PLACE FOR NEW ENGLAND VACATION

5 of 5
The house was just as pictured and the owners were wonderfully helpful. We were within driving range of everything we wanted to do while in New England.

LOVELY LOCATION ON NIANTIC BAY

4 of 5
We rented the house for a week for my son's graduation from the Coast Guard Academy. It is a lovely location and we loved playing croquet on the side yard and dinners on the patio. There is ample living space (lots of big comfy couches) and a very well stocked kitchen. My only complaint is with the plumbing. Although the house has two bathrooms that are next to each other, we struggled with a lack of water pressure and inconsistent hot water - we could never run both showers at the same time and sometimes had tepid showers. Other than that - the place was great!
