Great Home in Connecticut

5 of 5
The listing was very accurate and did not hide anything from our group. It was larger than we anticipated and very accommodating. The house was very clean and maintained very well. We were provided with clean sheets, towels, and clear directions on how to use everything. The owners met us at the house the day we arrived and was very pleasant with us. We were given a lot of freedom with what we were allowed to do. I would absolutely refer this home to anyone who is interested in Connecticut beaches or to spend some time in Mystic, Connecticut (20 minutes away).

Lovely location on Niantic Bay

4 of 5
We rented the house for a week for my son's graduation from the Coast Guard Academy. It is a lovely location and we loved playing croquet on the side yard and dinners on the patio. There is ample living space (lots of big comfy couches) and a very well stocked kitchen. My only complaint is with the plumbing. Although the house has two bathrooms that are next to each other, we struggled with a lack of water pressure and inconsistent hot water - we could never run both showers at the same time and sometimes had tepid showers. Other than that - the place was great!

Best Vacation House Ever

5 of 5
There is not a thing this house is missing. You could sit on the front steps and see the water. Very large lot with great back yard. House has nice flow and views. You don't need to bring anything for the kids, bikes, etc. Basement is like a game wonderland. We will return often to this house.
