Great summer vacation

5 of 5
This cottage was totally relaxing and beautiful. The views were amazing. The owners were very helpful. I would like to return again next year.

Just what we needed

5 of 5
This is a lovely, relaxing, rustic cottage in a quiet seaside community. If you're looking for luxury or action, go elsewhere, but if you're looking for long, slow afternoons of reading, swimming or simply sitting on the front porch - it's hard to beat this spot. The house is large and homey. It's old and a bit quirky in its layout, but it's well-provisioned. The beds are comfortable and there's plenty of fans for the warmish nights. We particularly liked the many options for eating and gathering - front porch, screened in side porch, large dining area, picnic table in back. Our only struggle (a tiny one) was that there's only one shower. If we'd had more bath takers, it would have been less an issue. In short, we'd return in a heartbeat.

Narrows Island

5 of 5
My wife and I have been going to Narrows Island for the past several years. We live busy lives and always look forward to spending time at this spot. It is a beautiful place that is private, quiet, and relaxing. Great for the two of us (and our dog) and family / friends who stop by to visit. Owner is always very accommodating and friendly. As I sit here and write this, I can't stop thinking about going back next year.
