Home away from home

The bedrooms were clean and very cozy. Wish we had more time to get to know Sandra and Andrew. They are so friendly and welcoming. You feel right at home the minute you walk in. And the banana bread is awesome. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant. April and Fred

Lovely Getaway Home!

5 of 5
We stayed in the Westport home for four nights in August and everything about the house truly transforms you to a vacation frame of mind. There are certainly rustic elements to the house, but those imperfections combine with the high end/eclectic decor to make for a sublime setting. There are expensive light fixtures, appliances, and plumbing features everywhere you look. Really beautiful to just sit and soak it in. And the same goes for the very large gardens, pool and yard. So much imagination and effort has gone into making the home's outdoor areas a perfect spot for an escape. The house is located in a great area - we enjoyed it all: the beaches, shopping and entertainment of Westport.

Love the house, perfect for a large group

5 of 5
This is the second time we've stayed here and it's a great house. Our group of 12 adults and 4 kids in the main house plus another couple in the newly refurbished studio apartment in the barn all had plenty of room. The kitchen is well set up and the dining room comfortably seats a group of 15. The living room is comfortable and flows well so people in the kitchen are still connected to the group in the living room. We are planning to go back next year!
