FAB U LOUS home and location !!

5 of 5
We go to Vail every summer for a family vaca. It's important for us to come together as a family and spend quality time together. We like staying in private homes with all the comforts of home. We couldn't of picked a better home to stay in this summer! The home and location was perfect. Thanks to being sooo close to the bike path along Gore Creek we had 3 teenagers that could come and go to town. All 6 of us were on our mountian bikes a lot. The bike path made it very convenient to get to the mountain to mountain bike. The free Cascade shuttle wasn't too bad to have at our disposal either. The kitchen was very well stocked with higher end applicances and kitchen "gear"....so nice to have after renting some houses that just get by with what seems like garage sale finds. The house was very comfortable (including the beds!). Everything about this rental was fantastic!! We will be back! Ruth Ann was more than accomodating! Thank you again Ruth Ann!! :) P.S. Highly recommend the personal chef too!! YUM YUM

Summer Fun at Winter Park

5 of 5
My family and I had a wonderful time. The condo is modestly furnished, very clean, and full of things to help us entertain the kids(both inside the condo and out in the resort). We used the condo as a base of operations to explore RMNP, and several other resorts in the area. The Winter Park resort itself is geared towards mountain bikers but my team of bikers are quite old enough for that. The attached deck has a gas grill ready to go, a hot tub, and a fireplace to feed and entertain the team after a long day. The views of the mountains from the peaceful deck were worth the $ all by themselves.

Renovation in Woody Creek

5 of 5
We decided to stay in the Woody Creek area this year instead of in Aspen, CO. We LOVE being in the heart of Aspen, so choosing Woody Creek was getting away from everything we thought we wanted. We were vacationing with 12 people, 5 small children, 3 college kids and 5 adults. We were never crowded in this beautiful home. The renovations were stunning. Nice appliances, fixtures, comfortable beds, the works. The house was still under renovation when we stayed but it was more than ready to be stayed in. Now as for the Woody Creek area, we loved it! It was wonderful to sleep with the windows open and hear the Roaring Fork River out our window. We spent countless hours going on walks and playing in the grassy "common" area. We had a fisherman in our group and he was very pleased with being able to walk right out the door and fish to his hearts content. The neighbors were wonderful too! There Rio Grande Trail is just up the drive and provides for nice safe hiking/biking trail. The owners had plenty of bikes to use (although we brought our own) even a bike trailer to hold 2 kids! The infamous Woody Creek Tavern is an easy walk/bike down the road. Such a fun place to have dinner and yummy margaritas!!! We had a wonderful time and will definitely be returning! The owners Chad and Sarah were very nice and forthcoming with letting us know of the renovations and what to expect upon arrival.
