Perfect Location, perfect for anyone who really wants to experience Breck!

5 of 5
You will find no better location in Breck, period! We stayed at the home with another couple, our three kids, and one friend of our son. All the kids are teenagers. The home sits two blocks from the guts of Main Street and one and a half blocks from a nice grocery store. Parking for two cars is either right outside the door or one house down on a very busy day (and then only if you drive somewhere, which is never necessary). The free bus stop is immediately out the door (blue route to Beavers Run is the best way to start a day on the slopes). The kitchen is great and has good seating, as does the dining room. There is plenty of living space and the wifi worked very well; and even with all 8 of us showering when we came off the slopes, there was always plenty of hot water. The owner is incredibly easy to work with and is extremely responsive. Without any hesitation, he mailed something to us that we had left in the house (ever had a hotel even find something that you left in a room, much less mail it to you???). Only two cautions: you need to be willing to climb stairs and understand that one of the bathrooms is on the first floor, but neither of these is a problem. If your are in Breck, you better be capable of climbing a few stairs. We cooked most nights but walked to restaurants on a few. I highly recommend the home for any active family and during any time of the year! Great experience!

Beautiful Home, Wonderful Location, Amazing ...

Rating Details: I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful Home, Wonderful Location, Amazing Experience We've rented through VRBO for the past three years. Each time, the perfect house for our group of 7-9 people has been very nice, but a bit of a compromise. Someone always gets stuck in the bunk room, or the location of the house is far from town/far from the mountain. Not this time: Raven's Bungalow was not only beautifully remodeled, it was done so thoughtfully. Each person in our party of 7 got to sleep in a real bed, their were plenty of bathrooms, the common spaces were beautiful and comfortable and the hot tub was AMAZING! It was huge and overlooked the mountain. Best of all - the location. We were a few blocks off Main Street and could walk to bars/restaurants/shopping, as well as the gondola. This place had it all and Paragon was a pleasure to deal with. Manager responded on 3/25/2015: Thank you, Robin. Since Raven (Bungalow and Call) was completely renovated last Fall the owner will be pleased to read your comments. We hope to see you in Breckenridge again! The Staff at Paragon Lodging
