Nice location, well stocked kitchen, and clean

4 of 5
Nice location, well stocked kitchen, and clean. However, the condo was somewhat outdated, and I was unsure if it was acceptable to burn the wood on the front porch in the fireplace. I would stay again based on price, cleanliness, location, and responsiveness from owner. My wife and I had a nice time.

PERFECT LOCATION!

5 of 5
The condo is the perfect setting to take in the beauty of Grand Lake! We arrived to find the property neat and clean, well equipped and in wonderful condition which was perfectly suited to our lifestyle for the month's stay. Mornings provided ever changing views of the lake and the mountains. As the day cleared, the sail boats, kayaks and other boats provided a constantly changing show from the deck and windows. Early morning tranquility was usually only broken by a gaggle of geese honking and a moose feeding one morning. Except for side trips, etc. we parked the car and strolled everywhere downtown on the wood plank sidewalks. It was certainly difficult to say farewell at the end of the month.

Wonderful home base.

5 of 5
This 3 bedroom, 3 level townhome was wonderful. The owner has thought of everything. She is great to communicate with as well. Location wise, it's about a 10 minute drive to Grand Lake at the most. Easy to get to from Denver. We enjoyed coming "home" after a long day as much as we enjoyed out time in Grand Lake and the surrounding area.
