"PERFECT"

5 of 5
Look no further ! If you are lucky enough to rent this wonderful home, don't delay! This place is your "great escape" and has everything you will every need or want in a home. We had such a wonderful and enjoyable time during out stay. In regards to the train...it is not a bother or bothersome. It makes you realize that life goes on regardless of where you are. A wonderful getaway

4 of 5
My wife and 13 year old Labrador enjoyed our stay at this quaint and rustic cottage. Everything we needed was there, and I particularly enjoyed having a coffee grinder! There was a lot more room than we needed, and the cabin would be perfect for a large family. Next time we will bring some of our nieces and nephews. Internet was not working, but I wanted some time off the grid and the office did just fine without me. The location was perfect for us, close enough to Black Hawk for the gambling and close to Nederland where we found some wonderful dining. Everywhere is a great view and very quiet. It isn't a bad drive to Estes Park either, and the Peak to Peak highway is a drive everyone should take at least once. Tips on the rock pile in back; wait at least two full days to climb it if you are flatlanders like us! The view is definitely worth the hike, but it is pretty vertical back there! Thanks Viveca for making this property available to us. We will be returning.

Awesome!

This location was just perfect, especially for my out-of-state friends. A great taste of mountain living in Colorado. We loved it. The turkey flock made it particularly specially, showing up from time to time. And the view at the top of the ridge was spectacular! Thank you. This will be a definite repeat.
